Beautiful and spotless house! Enjoyed having coffee on the spacious back deck. Very comfortable living room and bedrooms. Marketa was always prompt when we had questions and even checked to make sure everything was going well. We would Love to stay at this Beautiful House again next year!

House was very beautiful and loved the area

There are bears all over the woods around the house. They made our stay very uncomfortable. There is no hot tub. It is a bathtub and does not have jets. The owner complained of smoke smell because you could not smoke outside after dark due to the bears. When I offered to get the smoke radication paid for thru the insurance no invoice or receipt was provided for me to file a claim. I was more than willing to submit the claim and get the cost reimbursed but all that was asked for was payment for the following parties cancellation.

The best of all worlds. This property was a charming sanctuary in the woods that was close to Navarre city and Navarre Beach. We went from surrounded by trees to the beach in ten minutes. The house was modern and very comfortable. A perfect place for family time or for the holidays. We loved staying at this property and you will too!

The house is located at the end of a dead end street, so it was very peaceful for our entire stay. The yard is well maintained and offers space to play in the yard and a large fire pit. The back deck is spacious and inviting. It was great for morning coffee. We rented the house to have a quiet Thanksgiving with a friend in the area. When we told the host that we would have Thanksgiving there, they even messaged asking if we needed a larger table or more chairs. (We didn't. The exisiting table and barstools were plenty of seating for our dinner and board games.) All of the furniture was comfortable and allowed for restful evenings.

Marketa was super helpful throughout the stay! Our crew guys have to travel often for work and this was a longer stay than usual so it's nice that our guys had a comfortable house to stay at instead of a hotel. If we have work in the same area again we will definitely stay here.
