Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay next to the Niagara River

We were disappointed with the accessibility into the house (many steps) because we had a family member with a physical disability. Also the house was not cleaned prior to our stay. We were unable to utilize the downstairs due to steep stairs, unfinished spaces and temperature. There was no way for us to adjust thermostat as we couldn’t locate one. Pictures listed on site are not reflective of the house. We ended our trip early due to several issues with the house. Grass wasn’t mowed, garbage bags piled up at the end of the driveway, used towels were hanging on the door and in the bathroom.

I booked a VRBO expecting a comfortable stay, but the reality was disappointing. The property had mold, was dirty, and had unfinished sections, which was misrepresented in the listing. Thankfully, the host provided a full refund. I hope they'll improve the place for future guests.

We loved our stay at this quiet yet close to town home. The house was super spacious and had plenty of room for sleeping. The fireflies at night that covered the backyard were the bonus and made our stay extra special. Our host was amazing at communicating with us and ensuring our stay was amazing. Thank you so much!! The host responded quickly, but was unable to have the yard cut before we arrived or while we were there . This was very disappointing as the grass was as high as children’s knees

Fit all of our family, lots of space for sleeping. Each couple could have their own room. Communication from owner was good. About 15/20mins from Niagara Falls. Lots of backyard space which was nice (besides the bugs) but was excluded from busy towns and was a quiet area. Niagara river was more of a drive down the road not as close as we thought from pictures. Pictures of house didn’t entirely match what the house looked like. More of an unfinished house. Nervous about for sale sign in front yard. Took pictures of previous damage to the house for security purposes. But overall enjoyed our stay it worked for us, just needed a place to sleep that fit our big group.

The property host will go out of his way to make sure that your stay is perfect or else he will make you whole. If you have a rental car it's the perfect location.
