Enjoyed everything. House was great fishing was great.

We were pleased with this property.It had plenty of soace for our family of 5 adults and 1 child. It was pretty well stocked with cookware and dishes, towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish soap.We had a good time fishing off the nice dock, cooked dinner on the large grill, and relaxed on the spacious screened in porch.Shannon was very responsive to attend to the couple of issues we had (internet, door lock), and was pleasant and couteous. We will very likely book with er again!

A great peaceful getaway!

We had an amazing time here. Unlike what other reviews said there is plenty of beach for the kids to play. If you are looking for clear blue water this is not the area for it: Ocklochnee Bay is a fishing/boating community. We fished off the dock (successfully!) and watched the stars after dark. There are several boat ramps within a five-minute drive so trailer your boat up if you can and the property has plenty of room for parking. The home is very well stocked with essentials like towels, dishes and seating. There were 8 of us and it felt like plenty of space. We cooked every day, the beds were very comfortable and the host was 100% quick response via text so that was easy. Just a note - one of the spaces is separate from the house, with the double bed and two twins. There is a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and bathtub in this separate space (the Shark Tank, loved the themes!). This worked out perfectly for us! Panacea is super quiet and relaxed but still offers good restaurants and nearby sight seeing if you are looking for entertainment. We boated/fished every day and were more than happy.

This listing was misleading in several ways. It said it could sleep 11 people but unless someone wanted to sleep on the small couch for their stay, there were only beds for 9 people. The beds were very uncomfortable, old and worn out. Window air conditioning units throughout the place were loud and wouldn’t cool the upstairs unit. One bedroom light wouldn’t work. Landscaping was poor with debris in the yard, making it difficult to walk-through, not like the photos of the yard on the listing. Grass has almost overtaken the beach area and the water was so black we were afraid to get in the water anyway. This was just an ok place to stay as the listing information and photos need to be updated. Visitors shouldn’t expect to have a typical beach vacation here!

We are a group of retired friends who enjoyed a get away. Your home is beautiful and very comfortable. The view and fishing were both great. Would definitely stay here again.

Pictures misrepresent the house you have. Musty smell, squeaky beds,inoperable tvs,.washer,dryer in room called torture room not in main living area. Outdoor stairs to access 2 bedrooms and bath. Main bedroom closet contains hot water heater on right side and blocked by a mounted tv on the left side, it swings out of the way to access the closet,but watch your head. Disappointing
