From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how immaculate, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean the property was. It felt like a true home away from home, but with the added bonus of endless activities that kept our team of teenage girls thoroughly entertained.The location was ideal – perfectly situated in a quiet, beautiful, and easily accessible area. It offered a serene escape while still being convenient for everything we needed.The chalet itself was incredibly well-stocked, exceeding all our expectations with every amenity imaginable. It truly had beyond everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient.Last but certainly not least, our host was an absolute gem! They were the kindest and most responsive host we've ever encountered, always there to assist with any and all of our needs, making our stay completely stress-free.We give The Milky Way Chalet our highest possible recommendation. Stayed May 9, 2025The house was a perfect set up for our family time together. We had age ranges from 2 to 85 and we had a blast. Something for everyone to have fun on property and it's convenient to many things. We will come back for sure!

Stayed Mar 19, 2025The house and everything was fine but the property managers acted like we burned their house to the ground because we did not do laundry or take out the trash before we left. It seems like they expected us to have a house cleaner in before we even left. Place was nice but property manager was very frustrating and was asking us for hundreds of more dollars for “extra” cleaning fees.

We had so much fun with all of the activities and the pool outside, we are already trying to plan a trip back! Stayed Mar 28, 2025We rented the house for a 10 day vacation with our kids and grandkids, 8 adults and a 7 and 4 year old. Everything about the place was perfect. Very well stocked with everything we needed, lots of space. Pool and hot tub were a hit as well as the game room. Plenty of places to sit outside. Firepit was nice too. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again if visiting the Phoenix area.
