I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home itself was nice. Met one nice person at th resort by the name of Danny (he was a bartender at the salt rim bar). Everyone else was extremely rude, unprofessional. Made me feel very unwelcomed and ruined the relaxing vibe of my vacation. I can’t believe how rude workers can be working at a location where people are vacationing.

The only real minor issue was that it would have been appreciated if an additional 2 or three towels were in the unit.

We came down for a wedding and the cottage was a perfect spot. Loved the hot tub!! Everything was clean, and well kept! Loved that there was car rentals on the property.. everything was very convenient.

Very quiet but close to many great restaurants and shopping as well as the Disney parks. Universal is not too far as well. Heated pools were also a huge plus!
