Relax Poolside at Spacious Mesa Home with Grill, & Central AC - Prime Location

We are huge baseball fans, so instead of material presents for Christmas we purchased my son and his girlfriend a trip to AZ for a few days… we tagged along too!! We went to multiple games and also went horseback riding. Enjoyed the area of Mesa and did some house hunting while we were there.

The pool was filthy. Could not use it. We rented this property for the pool so it was a complete disaster

If you want a great location, excellent beds, fluffy pillows, thick, clean towels, lots of room, and even a nice neighbor this is your place. Close to grocery store, restaurants and walking path. I would stay here again.

Stayed for a week and was totally comfortable. Clean and everything you need was in the house. Super quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities near by.

We were impressed the moment we came through the front door. Beautifully appointed, impeccable cleanliness, ample towels and bathroom space, spotless kitchen and very comfortable living and dining area, and bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Couldn't be better!

Home was clean, well stocked, neat and well organized. Comfy beds and linens. We appreciated the small touches such as throw blankets throughout, pillows, rolled towels, quality paper towels, hand soap, and Dove products, and Kleenex in the rooms. It was a really nice and quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this home in Dobson Ranch. If you know the area (or if you don't ) it's wonderfully located near the 101 which gets you pretty much anywhere in no time. Scottsdale, Chandler, Ahwatukee, you name it. Very cute house. Clean as a whistle and has allllllthethings you need if you're just staying with one person, or if you have a small family party. It's very comfortable and the floorplan is laid out well. Some things to note: 1. The master bed has a nice pillowtop on the mattress (my hubby loved sleeping on it). The secondary bedrooms have FIRM mattresses. 2. If you are staying more than one or two days, you will need to provide your own papertowels, toilet paper and garbage bags. This is standard with VRBOs, but to be honest, I had forgotten. 3. I'm not sure if the texting option was just not really great at getting back with us (there was a bee nest in a bush out front, and we left a phone charger, which we called about immediately and no one got back with us on either issue--even with multiple calls over two weeks--except to say they told the local manager and would get back with us. Not great service on that front.) All that to say, this place is GREAT. Highly recommend and we may rent it again. We will be super careful to (1) not leave anything behind, and (2) maybe call VRBO (rather than text) in hopes of getting a better response with local management. All that said, I think you will love renting here. It's a great house.

House was everything we needed and more! The pool was amazing. We were very pleased with the house! If we ever come back I would definitely book again!
