Stayed Nov 23, 2025Overall, great stay! Host was very communicative and place was perfect for our trip. Kitchen was very nice and the property is in a good area to visit lots of things. My only gripes are that the bedrooms were a bit dusty when we arrived and when people are upstairs, the footsteps are loud. Otherwise, we liked the place and recommend!

Stayed Jul 9, 2025This was a nice basement stay. It was comfortable and very nice. We did have a kitchen pipe leak the day before we left. They tried their best to find someone (on a Sunday) to fix it. We just didn’t use the sink or dishwasher. One suggestion we had was provide more than one wash cloth per room. We needed one more for two of the bedrooms. I would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Our stay was great at this place. When we first arrived we were a little worry about what our place was really going to be like. The outside of the property is older but once you open the door to the place the pictures are exactly what it is like. I am glad you get to park in the driveway because I don’t think I would want to park my car on the street plus it helps out with loading and unloading the car. The tenants above were quiet and friendly. I like that there were 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. That helped with doing laundry.
