Property had all facilities offered, however decor was very dated and needs attention. Any problems were dealt with very quickly and professionally by the local agent Itrip. Location convenient to most facilities ie Disney, restaurants, supermarkets.

This rental has been such a great house to stay at!l! Of course the pool was the highlight and it's the perfect size for us. I love that everything is on the same floor. It doesn't have alot of extra furniture as stated in previous reviews but that worked well for our family. We did not need snything extra. The living room has tons of open space and things did not feel crowded. Our trip this time was for 2 day trips to Disney, so this was a plus that this house is very close to the parks (about 20 to 25 mins depending on traffic). Absolutely would reccomend this vacation rental. I know where we will be staying the next time we come down!! Thank you!! ?

My family and I absolutely loved the house. Thanks for all the towels and supplies there was it helped us a lot. I’m really happy I chose this house we had a great time in the pool and the parks are really close to go. Thanks for opening the doors of your home to us. This rental was perfect for my families needs, We felt right at home. The lemon trees were beautiful in the backyard and the kids loved having a pool to themselves.

Before I even list one negative thing about this property I want you to know this house served all of its purposes to us but most of all the staff that rented it to us were so so kind. I'll rent from them again every time and we travel to this area once a month. Everything you want to know about a rental: The hot water is good and so is the water pressure, The pool is awesome and can be heated upon request. The couches and beds are so comfy! Our doggo couldn't get enough of the fenced-in backyard area. The location is about 20 minutes realistically to the parks, about 30 to Universal. Not a big deal unless you make it one. The outlets and Mall of Millenia are close by too which made for a good day for me but a bad day for my husband's wallet. The cons come down to 2 things: The house needs a bit more furniture. There's nowhere to set a drink or your phone down if you're on the couches. This leads to a lot of where did I set my drink/phone that can get tiring. The other con is the outlets. At some point, they must have had the electricity updated. because the majority of the outlets we found didn't work. The bathroom outlet didn't work so I had to do hair and makeup in the bedroom with an extension cord I found behind the dresser. We found one more working one in the living room where you can charge phones etc and have a table to set them on. It's not a huge problem unless you're getting ready to leave and everyone wants to charge their phones at once. But let me tell you about the good. The bed was a great snuggly bed for a rest after running all day. The shower was hot enough to melt away the stress of trying to have all the fun at once. We loved being able to let the dog out into the backyard and be able to watch him from the couch while we relaxed. There's so much food on doordash you'll want to stay longer to eat it all. Like I said in the beginning it served all of it's purposes. We would stay there again. Especially if they added a place for me to set my drink!

Really enjoyed the home for our Florida vacation. Traveling with 3 small kids, appreciated being very close to Disney and plenty of shopping.

Had no TV for entire week. Charged us for damages that existed before we entered the property (scam?). The property in general was so very disappointing. Photos are old, as is everything in the house. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!!!!
