Relax Inn 5110: Semi-oceanfront, Pool, Elevator

Tom I enjoyed the accommodations and the location. The unit was clean. The TVs need instructions for use. Cathy D. I loved sitting in the second floor hallway/lounge. It was very peaceful. Kristen Great accommodations. Lots of room for big groups. I suggest enclosing the outdoor shower. Also, a welcome binder with general information regarding internet, TV use etc. would be helpful. Clark I like an outdoor shower. The shower should provide privacy with curtains and a top. Hallie You appreciate the elevator and being handicap accessible, but railings in the bathroom would be useful. We need more silverware. Chris The hot tub could be larger to accommodate more than four people. Kelly The vinyl chairs are broken, the Bluetooth by the pool didn’t work and half the time the code didn’t work. Sean It’s a really nice house, the pool was nice, really no complaints. Cathy M. Perfect distance from Food Lion and Duck Donuts! Michelle and Jessica Great size pool, nice décor.

We had a great experience at this home. The amenities made the stay pleasurable. The kids loved the pool. The elevator, our first experience with one at the beach, made it possible for a mobility impaired member of our party navigate all levels of the home. The tiki bar could use a little better cleaning, however.

Not a very good experience given it is only Monday. We have no wifi and cable. The fact is this is a big thing. Not just for the 6 children but also the adults are frustrated. Some of us need to work even while on vacation. Without wifi this very difficult. We just can't believe how this property has gone down in the last two years. Paying roughly $10,000 for a week, you would imagine we would expect more than what we are receiving . Now trying to cook a meal and the cooktop continues to stop working. We literally have to keep turning it on to get the pot to boil. One of the Video games in the basement won't work. Not a big thing but , just another frustrating issue. I rarely do this but, I feel we must say something or it will not change. Mike Tirocchi
