Everything stood out. It was a well stocked home for guests. We very much enjoyed our stay. We did bring our own pillow cases, bath and kitchen towels, but that’s just me. We even brought our own small vacuum, which is specifically for cleaning up dog hair. We always take it with us when traveling. We respect when people let us stay in their home and take care of it as if it was our own. We will definitely be booking again when we’re in that area visiting family. Thank you so much!

Very nice and cozy place. Fully stocked kitchen, stayed over Christmas and did a lot of cooking.

The house was very well stocked and super clean. The neighborhood was quiet and located in a convenient area (10 minutes to town).

Very nice, well-maintained property, with updated amenities, great kitchen, and pretty much all we would want. The porch/dog run layout is practically genius, our dogs figured it out right away, which reduced our stress level considerably. We did not get to explore the area as much as we would have liked, but not due to anything about the property. Hope to stay again, this time in mid-summer.

INCREDIBLE! What an awesome home, in a wonderful neighborhood with everything in the home that you might need! We didn't want to come home! We hope that we will be able to come back soon! Also an awesome home for your puppies with a great fenced yard for them to explore in! 10 out of 10 stars!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, cozy and well equipped cabin in a quiet, forested neighborhood. The perfect retreat to celebrate our mother's 92nd birthday with family. The gas grill and well-stocked kitchen made the barbecued tri-tip dinner a breeze! Our dog was right at home in the enclosed covered patio and fenced yard. Tom was the perfect host open to suggestions and clearly communicated his expectations via text messages. The only issue we had was trying to figure out the keypad to enter the house but we eventually figured it out after a few tries. Should our travels take us to Pinetop, AZ in the future, we would definitely rebook this property. Thank you!

Fantastic place for our family to get away from the hustle of everyday life and close enough to do all the activities we wanted to do.

The property made us feel at home. The decor was very inviting and represented local wildlife. we really enjoyed sitting on the deck, eating lunch and watching the local birdlife and squirrels.

We so enjoyed our stay in Pinetop. The home was clean and comfortable. Love, love, love the covered patio. Spent more time outside than inside, even with rain. Biking throughout the neighborhood and among the Ponderosa Pines was spectacular. Seeing the wild horses on a bike ride was quite a treat.

The house was clean and very comfortable! The covered deck was our favorite! That was our happy place!!! I also have to say that the dog run was fabulous!

This place was above and beyond what we expected. The home is beautiful, wonderful yard, so clean and has everything you need and more. The fenced dog yard was great for our dog. Tom was so quick to respond to every question. We highly recommend this place.

Small issue with check-in and one of the beds. Property manager Tom was very responsive and issues were solved. The home and area were great; we thoroughly enjoyed our morning walks. People were very friendly in the area. We really enjoyed the large deck with coffee and our favorite book!

We really enjoyed our time here. We were attending a conference at Hon-Dah and decided we wanted our mutt to join us. The dog run and gated front porch were outstanding perks. The only thing that could have made our stay better would be access to the doggie door. From what we could tell it is located in the owner's private storage room (which is needed for an owner) and we did not ask for access to it. This isn't a complaint, just a suggestion to consider a way for guest pups to access the dog run whenever they would like.

We sure enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed, the place was very clean and communication with the owner was very easy. We look forward to staying here again when we Visi Pinetop.

The house met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything you needed to cook a good meal and was well stocked. The property owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. The newly installed dog run was a huge bonus and the enclosed patio allowed us to be worry free with our dogs. My only suggestion since the interior fireplace doesn’t work is a fire pit would have been great to have. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood was quiet and a great place to take walks. We would stay here again.

The house was very well stocked with everything you could need not just supplies but kitchenware, spices, Tupperware, etc. It was very clean and well taken care of. It was pet friendly including separate towels for your dogs. The fenced in patio was a nice feature so I could enjoy a cup of coffee with my dog outside. All in all I would rent this house again.

We enjoyed our visit and working with Tom was easy - the house was clean and access was pretty easy. The neighbors are pretty close, but everyone was quiet so it was a pleasant weekend... We would rent again in the future!

We loved our stay at Tom’s place in the pines. Very comfortable. We like to do our own cooking, and the kitchen has everything you need and more. The covered porch was such a wonderful place to sit and have a glass of wine or coffee, read a book, play cards. We spent a lot of time out there. Tom was very quick with a response with the one small issue we had, and resolved quickly. We were sad to leave but look forward to coming back next summer!!

Truly a home away from home. The house had everything we could have asked for and more! A full kitchen, cozy living room with reclining couches, comfortable bed, an unbelievable covered patio and so much more. The patio had gates, so our puppy could run around without getting out. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed talking to them and meeting their dogs. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back and stay here. Pet & human friendly. Tom’s communication is fast and friendly. Five plus stars!
