Relax in Ultimate Comfort with Pool & BBQ Area

Our host was very polite and answered within half an hour.Everything was in good conditions, luxury style and absolutly clean.We (three couples) felt very comfortable.

The condo was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Our host was very helpful and communicated quickly with our questions.

We just had a weeks stay at this location and we had the best time. Location to all the parks is about 15 minutes. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The rooms accommodated 5 adults comfortably with plenty of room for all of us. The host, Vitor, was incredible to work with and answered all our questions and concerns timely. Check in process was a breeze, we didn't have any issue's and felt safe always. Our only complaints, like having better quality towels and pillows and enough trash bags for each days stay, were really the only things that were of concern. We would return to this property again.

The house was beautifully decorated and had such a comfy feeling. Large rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Laundry on site was so convenient

We had an amazing time staying for 7 nights in June. The place is very clean and well kept. The BBQ grill was well worth the 50 use charge. It was the cleanest grill I’ve ever seen. The pool was nice and warm and the perfect size for our family to sit around. I would book definitely book here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool is small but served our needs. We wished there were more towels available other than the 'one towel person, since they were not large towels to begin with. When contacting Vitor about questions, he responded within 15-30 minutes of every message which was great. We had a loud music playing neighbor one night and after contacting Vitor, he made sure to contact the appropriate people at Storey Lake. The microwave stopped working, and he had someone come look at it the same day. All in all it is a very nice place to stay.

Manager responded within an hour to messages. Condo was clean and comfortable as advertised.

This house was perfect for our guys golf trip. Very comfortable and it was well stocked for a little cooking. The little pool was perfect after a long day on the course. Property manager was very responsive with any questions.

Very clean home with less than ten minute walk to the main pool area. Owner was very responsive to all questions. Resort is easy drive to Disney and other parks and one hour to the beach!

We had a small group of developers that needed a face to face meeting. The 4 of us sat at the dinner table and got a bunch of work done!

This townhouse is located very close to all of the theme parks in the quiet neighborhood of Storey Lake. We had 6 in our group and the four bedrooms were plenty of room for everyone. It's beautiful inside, very clean and one of the most well-managed properties I've rented. Getting in was a breeze- a Qr code on your phone is scanned by a machine at the gate. We didn't end up cooking but there did seem to be plenty of pots and pans if we did. There is a cute little pool at the house but we opted to go to the clubhouse where there is a pool, lazy river and splash pad. The water is all heated so even though it's just the beginning of March we were able to swim. I highly recommend Storey Lake and this townhome is definitely the one I would come back to! A big thank you to Vitor for checking in and making sure we had everything we needed!

The place was wonderful, pool was extra heated. Resort grounds were very nice. House rules were very nice compared to some places I have stayed.

Very nice. Suggestion would be to add some washcloths for bathrooms. Overall, had a great time. Good location.

We (as well as lots of others) were stuck at the gates. No one seemed to have luck with our codes getting in the gates. Cars were making u turns and others were wedged between other cars with no way to avoid the gate problem. Not handy. Then we checked the pool as it was promised to be heated. It was not and was never going to be part of our experience while staying at the condo with relaxation as a must for those driving 4 hours to get there after working a very long day. Disappointing.

Very nice- great location close to Disney Springs, and the clubhouse/pool. Very clean and comfortable. Drinks at the pool are pricey and they do not let you bring any food or drink, fyi.

We arrived on Saturday 1/11. Everything started out good. When we woke up Sunday 1/12, we had no power in 3 of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms and no power in the kitchen area. I texted Vitor at 8:10 am on the 12th. We had communicated by text several times on the 11th. We also had no internet or TV services with the power being out. We were out of the unit almost every day from 9-6. But with 4 people and only limited on 1 bathroom with power it was very difficult. Vitor asked about our stay by email and I addressed the problems with him. He said he did not receive my text on 1/12. Then he said he found my text but, he said complaints were only taken by email and not text ??? Very disappointed. I told him our internet was out so I couldn't email. The venue was perfect for us and were willing to use them again next year but, after that response .. we will not use them again. We thought a 50% discount would have been fair as we could only use 1 bathroom and had to use our phone lights to find things in our bedrooms. I feel bad for the next group moving in. Jeff

Condo pool area was wonderful, we did have to drive but easy to get in lots to stay busy. Close to Universal Studios and Disney. Lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from.
