The home was spacious, decorated nicely, pool was refreshing.

My family came in to say their final good byes to Mom and the property was just right for them. There was enough room for everyone to enjoy theirselves. The pool was the highlight for the kids. The house was nice and clean and everyone was comfortable. We would rent this property again in a heart beat!

Host was incredibly responsive, and so helpful. The pool was a perfect way to spend a Saturday, and it was a quick ride to the strip. Great place to stay!

The property looked like the photos on the app. It was more than enough space for my self and my sibling and his family. We enjoyed playing pool, swimming, grilling and enjoying each others company.

Are stay was great,would definitely do it again

We were there for a soccer tournament with our kids. Our boys love their own space and we had plenty of it. Our daughter had her own room and the boys spent most of the time in the game room. It was perfect for our family. The host was very responsive and nice. We are in Vegas a few timea a year and will rebook here. We were less than 15 minutes from the soccer complex and the strip which was perfect.

Distance from strip: This is the place if you're opting out of a resort/hotel. You're close enough to the the strip to visit but you'll enjoy sharing time here. You're also close to groceries and restaurants. Host: Communication with the host was perfect. They were very attentive to our needs and responded quickly.House: This place is perfect stay for anyone who is looking to spend quality time with their friends or family. We found ourselves spending more time here relaxing in the jacuzzi and enjoying the amenities. Definitely coming back here next time we're in Vegas.

The property was beautiful and clean. Lots of room and comfortable beds. The kitchen was beautiful.and up to date. We were so close to the strip . We enjoyed the jacuzzi and had a nice bbq in the yard. Our host was friendly and there for our every need. We will definitely staying again.

It was just Ok. Wasn’t comfortable with all the bars on the windows, lots of gates. Needs updating in the front yard. The beds were comfortable. No trash can in master bedroom. No blow dryers. No book with instructions what to do with towels, sheets, etc. Refrigerator was not cleaned out. Was garbage on the master bedroom floor.

House was easy to access for where we wanted to be during our stay. Host was quick to respond if we had any concerns. Heated the pool for the kids even though we were off season and let us extend checkout due to delayed flights on our last day. Very accommodating.

The property has a lot of issues. Initially when you walk in it seems fine but during our stay we found many issues. The screen door was falling off, the kitchen faucet is broken and hard to use, towel rack fell off the wall, trim was coming off, water damage, light switches didn’t work, there was expired food in the fridge, and there were many more issues. There are odd things like no trash cans in bathrooms and they’ve cut a lot of corners that made the overall stay Uncomfortable. The pictures are completely inaccurate. The pool and property looks great in the pictures but they must be old and/or photoshopped. I’m disappointed in this listing and I think they should feel ashamed of themselves for charging people to stay there.

The house is well maintained. My family and I loved it. It was clean, very spacious. It made our stay perfect.

Needs lots of work, pictures are very deceiving, property run down Home needs lots repairs, and upgrades, broken doors, broken shingles, window shutters. Limited to no lights in rooms. Bulbs out on patio.

The home is great every room has a tv in every room which you can stream. Communication with host was great. The only one thing was the water for showers was very cold. Like water heater didn't work good or was very low setting. But home had everything we needed. Also felt safe with all the iron gates.

The house is conveniently located to the Las Vegas strip and the host was cooperative, responsive and very friendly. I would recommend thos property.

Property was as advertised. Could use a little work on the outside. Inside was clean and mostly updated.

Me and my fiance had our family all mewt and stay here for a week. Everything was great and the 1 issue we had with the hot tub that a previous renter messed up, the owner fixed it first thing in the morning before we got up! Location was also good. Far enough to not feel crowded by the strip but close enough to take a quick uber. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
