This is a fabulous property! The large home provides everything you need for your stay. The backyard is small, but completely fenced in and includes a propane BBQ. There are three different TV locations, a complete kitchen, including every appliance you could want. All the towels you will need and 5 beds, including 1 king, 2 queen and 2 twins. It’s completely air conditioned and central heating. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, with garage parking. It was extremely clean and modern. You will not be disappointed in this rental. Plus, it’s just minutes from downtown in a new development just West of Downtown.

We enjoyed our stay as it was a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, coffee shops and stores were located nearby which were convenient. The house itself was well supplied. The use of the garage was helpful during the winter days. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were in town for parents weekend and this property was located very close to campus and was great location for what we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood and the owner was easy to communicate with. Enjoyed the stay and would absolutely stay there again.

Very nice home with great floor plan for families … master suite, dining room, kitchen, powder room and great room down; two bedrooms, bath and bonus room/loft up. Wife really appreciated that kitchen was well stocked with cooking baking ware/utensils. Conveniently located in southwest Flagstaff. Dog owners will appreciate fenced backyard, and it’s a nice “walking” neighborhood with parks a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfectly stocked with very good quality kitchen supplies and linen & towels. Beds and couches very comfortable. TV with Roku worked great. Outside patio perfect space for dog. Seated dining difficult. Dining table too high for chairs. Also, island stools too low to be able to eat at the counter.

Wow, what an incredible experience! Nothing disappointed, super clean, welcoming home, fabulous location, near town & restaurants, quiet neighborhood. Loads of amenities in the house! Very well stocked, kitchen had everything one could need! Grill worked perfectly! All appliances were great! Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed by the fact that there are no dressers with drawers in the two upstairs bedrooms, necessitating those in the rooms to live out of suitcases for the week, and the fact that the ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and there were no ice cube trays for us to make our own ice, requiring several trips out to buy ice. Although these two things were a bit annoying, the home was very clean, well appointed, and the fenced back yard and patio were great. Overall, we thought the home was very nice.
