Relax in Heated Saltwater Pool w/ Screened Lanai

We had a great stay. Perfect location for us. The pool was aewsome, so a good way to cool off and relax after a hot day.

Such a beautiful property - seamless communication. The pool area is ten out of ten. Kitchen is stunning. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, etc. Beds were so comfy - I can’t wait to go back!

Cleanliness, communication, location… could not have been any better. As a former vacation property owner, cleanliness is of upmost importance to me. This property was immaculate. The owner was always available and responsive to inquiries. The location was perfect as all local family and friends are nearby and property was easy to find. We will definitely revisit this beautiful home.

We had a great stay here. The house and property are clean and well kept. Located in nice neighborhood with grocery store and dining options nearby. The pool was great with a gate to keep young children safe when not in use.

This spacious home was perfect for our family so we could attend our granddaughter’s graduation in Lakeland. Beautiful pool and lanai area, not too close to downtown traffic.

This home is in a lovely neighborhood. Upon entering the first thing noticed was how open and airy is the house. It is tastefully decorated and not so overdone that there isn't room for our stuff! The hosts, Josh and Zee are fantastic and responded to questions in a timely manner. The pool is so refreshing. It was very warm while we stayed and the pool was amazing for cooling off! I loved that all the switches are marked with what they do!We have reserved for a month next year!

Great subdivision that was easy to take a morning or evening walk. Entering the front door the home is extremely clean and stocked full with amenities. This home is very comfortable. We did not want to leave. The back deck area is full of entertainment and the pool is great! Grocery stores and shopping are only a few minutes away!

Property was amazing. Pool was great, grandkids had a great time. Area around the pool was enjoyed everyday! Homeowner was always available and very gracious. Everything we needed was there. We will rent for a longer stay time next year! Thank you Josh

Beautiful home We had a fabulous time

The home was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The heated pool was great! The home is located in a great neighborhood. The owner was great to work with. We look forward to returning to this beautiful home on our next trip to Lakeland!

We loved this home, we were in town for Worlds Toughest Mudder and needed a home big enough for our family, and a few other adults traveling with us. The pool was a perfect distraction for the kids so we could rest before and after the race. The home was comfortable and clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Impressed by the care given for child safety aground pool and house was equip for infants (though that stage of life has come and gone for us). Would absolutely stay again if given the chance.

The house was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. We were traveling from South Carolina to Florida for our son‘s wedding. The location is very convenient for restaurants and also has easy access to major interstates to Tampa and Orlando.

My family and I had an outstanding stay in Lakeland. The owner's responsiveness set the tone early. We had a couple of questions before the stay and Josh answered them immediately and was very empathetic to our needs. The check-in was easy and smooth thanks to the preparation and guidance from the owner. The home was very clean and there were thoughtful items left behind for our use such as snacks, water and toiletries. We had a party of four and it was a quiet, relaxing place for us to unwind after being out during the days. The pool and adjacent seating area were just what we needed in the evenings. The home was conveniently located with a Publix grocery store, restaurants and other amenities just a 5 minute drive from the property. It's also an easy drive to both Tampa and Orlando. Josh checked on us during the week just to make sure we didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed. This was much appreciated. We will definitely look to book this wonderful home again the next time we're in the area.
