Relax at the Pine Cone Cottage

My husband and I really loved this property. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Quiet and beautiful! We spent time on the back deck soaking in the trees. What a nice mini vacation from our hectic lives!

I enjoyed my stay here. I came to Northwest Arkansas for the mountain biking and was able to get in a couple rides right from the house as the Back 40 loop passes about a block away. Having a clothes washer and dryer was great for my 10-day stay. I prefer to eat in after a day of riding and appreciated the nicely equiped kitchen including a dish washer. There was a lockable storage room in carport for my bike and hose under the deck to wash my bike.My only complaint is that the deck was significantly covered with debris from the trees and did not appear to have been cleared in quite some time; cleaning between tenants should have taken care of this. There's a vast amount of trails in this area, most of which I didn't get to ride. I'll be back and will stay at this property if it is available.

Annual girls float trip. We had a great stay. The bed was so comfortable. House was very clean. Perfectly located to explore all the nearby adventures. Floated in Noel, went to the farmers market and the promenade in Bentonville.

Pinecone Cottage is a beautiful home on a quiet cul de sac. Some traffic can be heard from close main road but not bothersome at all. Check in and out very easy, Mark is a great host.

Homeowner was quick with responses to questions. Home is at the end of a cul de sac and rather private. Deer roaming in the woods behind the property. Home is nice. I would recommend.
