Mindy has been great. No issues to report.

Mindy was great. Very responsive. The home was perfect for our family. Location was great. Easy access to the highway. Plenty of places close to eat. Would definitely recommend to others.

Updated, clean, great, quiet neighborhood, close to Kyle Field, Northgate, and Restaurants. Easy in and out. The Host was very nice!

Has a nice yard for our dog. Perfect size for a family to stay comfortably. Great host will stay again in near future.

Clean and comfortable and Mindy went the extra mile to provide us with everything we needed, including snacks and bottled water. She also followed up to make sure our stay was going well.

Great place to stay for an Aggie game. Even better when the Aggies win! Definitely recommend!

Had a great stay! Property was clean, great accommodations and perfectly located. Mindy is a great host and went through the trouble to mail me an item I forgot in the rental.

We stayed here while our son was playing in basketball. It is a great house. Very clean! Mindy was very responsive anytime we needed anything. She even had snacks and waters for us when we checked in.

It’s hard to find a 3 bed 3 bath and this one has 3 good sized rooms and bathrooms. Was lacking a few standard items I.e. toaster and ample coffee, but knowing ahead of time would be no big deal. Stocked with most of the basics and sufficiently clean. Backyard wouldn’t be a place I would hang out but great if you have a pet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Mindy was super responsive and courteous. She left us snacks and water which was a nice treat. The house is clean, beds are comfy and a lot of room for 6 of us. The location is perfect being only 6 mins to the Legends athletic center and nearby other basketball venues for AAU tournaments.We will definitely come back and stay here again.

This Vrbo home is awesome! It’s very, very clean and orderly. The family room TV is large and the Wi-fi connection is reliable. All bedrooms have TVs. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well stocked. Everything you might need is there. The beds are super comfortable with lots of soft pillows, bed sheets and covers. There are plenty of soft, fluffy towels and dishtowels. The washer and dryer are in a good location, and both are top notch. Check in and check out info is simple and easy to follow. Mindy is easy to reach. She had snacks available and water bottles cooling in the refrigerator when we arrived. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen, dining, and TV area. We made several trips back and forth to the campus which is easy to reach. There’s plenty of room for 3 vehicles on the driveway and more places to park in the street. The neighborhood is very quiet. Bottom line, we didn’t want to leave. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you can. Mindy is the best!
