Spacious Stay with Great Amenities – Perfect for FamiliesWe stayed at the Regal Palms Resort in Davenport and had a wonderful time. The townhouse was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable for our whole group.The resort itself has fantastic amenities – the pool area is a real highlight, with a lazy river, water slide, and hot tub that our family loved. There’s also a fitness center, on-site restaurant, and a small market for essentials, which was convenient. The location is excellent, with grocery stores, restaurants, and Disney parks all within a short drive.Check-in was straightforward, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Only minor hiccup was no toilet paper in one of the upstairs bathroom.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families looking for an affordable, fun, and comfortable home base for a Central Florida vacation.

Nice property, convenient location. Good value, great place for a family.

Check in process was a nightmare. Line was out the door, not enough employees for the amount of guests. The resort requires a credit card on file with them even though the rental wasn’t through them. You have to get armbands & towel cards that if not returned you are charged for. This isn’t disclosed in the listing. The entire complex smelt of marijuana for our duration of stay. Upon entrance into the unit, we observed a dead lizard on the downstairs bed. Communicated this to the owner & they were apologetic. The unit is overall nice but very dated. Washer & dryer work well. Plenty of bathroom linens provided. Unit seemed to have been surface cleaned instead of actually cleaned. Would not stay at this property again and would not recommend to anyone else either.

The Condo was great. It was spacious, well stocked and very comfortable. Our hosts were great to, they responded to all my questions in a timely manner. The amenities were good to, and the grounds were kept very clean. I recommend this unit for your stay, especially if you are going to Universal studios or Walt Disney World.

Overall stay was great. Plenty of room for our group. Only negative thing I would say, there are no condiments and limited oven cookware. Also, sheets in master bed could use an upgrade. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay. Managing party was quick to respond with questions. Also, super easy check out. We would definitely come again if in the area again.

More than enough space for our family of 6, very clean and great location to walk to the pool area and drive to parks. Our kids loved the pools. We would love to stay here again.

The rental was clean and had everything we needed. We had a bit of a problem entering the first time because of a key code issue, but they immediately came to sort it out. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return
