We, five adult women, stayed for three nights to celebrate a birthday, and the home was absolutely wonderful. It’s beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally well-appointed—we truly appreciated all the special touches. The kitchen and bathrooms were the best equipped of any short-term rental I’ve experienced. We loved both the space and the location, with easy walks to Gas Works Park and the Fremont Sunday Farmers Market. Street parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner was responsive and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. I would absolutely recommend this home and would happily stay again.

The host was very responsive to my messages. This location is incredibly well stocked. Kitchen is large enough for several to cook together. And it has all the supplies for cooking.

This house was perfect for our post Christmas visit to Seattle. Perfect location with a small grocery on the corner, and 5 blocks to the QFC. Also a short 6 block stroll to Gasworks Park on Lake Union. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and utensils. House is heated with old fashioned radiators which, when combined with gas fireplace makes for a cozy stay. Beds are very comfortable, and enjoyed the vintage decor. Easy check in and check out, and great communication with host throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this home for family get togethers and look forward to staying again on our next visit!

This house did not disappoint.Communication was quick and easy...all done through the VRBO messaging system. Check-in and check-out super easy. The house was very clean, well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and just an overall cozy and comfortable space. We were in town for the holidays and enjoyed the ability to make dinner and host family one of the evenings we were around. The location was also on point. We were a short 5 min walk to tennis courts/playground, 10 min walk to Wallingford's main drag with access to restaurants, liquor store, grocery store. A 15 min walk in the opposite direction had even more restaurants/cafes and a bouldering facility. Lee provided some great recs. Go to Sea Wolf if you like baked goods. It will be one of the best decisions of your life. You can thank Lee later. While there was no dedicated parking, we never had a problem finding parking close to the house. Thanks Lee for sharing your space with us!
