Refined home with a game room, balcony, grill, washer/dryer, & four bedrooms

Kitchen a little small and could use more plastic glasses for smaller children. Too many pretty dinnerware need more family friendly dishes. Was unable to get dishwasher to turn on. Could not get the fan or tv to turn off in game room. Three people worked on it. Only one tv remote worked for downstairs. Ran out of toilet paper. Had two extra rolls for 5 people and four days. Outside light by front door didn’t work so was very dark when sun went down. Several people tripped on step entering living room. No blinds on bedroom upstairs where kids slept. No blinds in living room creating too much sun exposure. Family of Waibel’s that lived next door so was convenient to walk next door. Pantry had many items I needed to make meals. Kitchen and refrigerator was clean

We loved the feel and location of this home that provided everything you need in the kitchen and the most comfortable beds !!! We loved eating our meals out on the deck overlooking the golf course and the pool table inside was really fun. The expresso machine was a nice touch too. Close to town and easy access to hiking and a short drive to Williams for the summer rodeo. Highly recommend!!

Dirty bugs spider webs vasp vacuum was full was dirty hair hadn’t been empty in months Towels smelled bedding was not clean needs major repairs all windows screens damaged or missing door screens washer does not work no iron ironing board no blow dryer pool table all sticks were broken no tops couldn’t use No ac upstairs like listed when I booked It was so hot 3 family members left on late Saturday night we had reservations till Tuesday The view was great of golf course but doesn’t make up for the flirt bugs broken washer internet service was out of service on Saturday Sunday Monday What was supposed to be a summer vacation and wedding anniversary it was a disaster The grill was filthy Patio was dirty hadn’t been swept or chairs cleaned in months I’ve been to plenty of rentals this is the worse one I’ve stayed in

All furniture and kitchen items in great condition, very clean, very comfortable, easy to text with company with a concern, very responsive, beautiful property overlooking golf course

The rain that cooled things down on Thursday night, otherwise it was uncomfortably warm the rest of the time. If they are going to rent it out in the summer they will need to add A/C.

Location perfect. Nice house plan. Unusually hot for Flagstaff and no AC and some windows with no screens so they could not be opened. Floors squeaky, but we enjoyed our stay.

The views are beautiful

This was my family's first time renting a place for vacation. I was a bit skeptical, thought maybe a hotel would be better. I am so glad now I decided to give it a try. The home was much better than I'd dared hope for. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Kitchen was dirty and there was an issue with snow on the driveway. I called over 24 hours before checkin and was assured drive way would be clean and parking accessible for at least 3 cars. This was not the case they only cleaned enough space for one vehicle
