Stayed Nov 10, 2025Kimberly was awesome! We arrived after dark and she said she would unlock the door for us (remotely). She told us she noticed that she was unable to do it because the batteries needed replaced on the lock. She sent her son over to make sure it was unlocked when we arrived and told us that she would be sure to get the batteries changed out in the morning. The home was cozy and had a nice view of the water from the front porch.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025My family loved staying here. Kim and her team were very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook dinners, and the location was perfect. I hope to come back soon! It's a great place for a quiet and safe vacation with kids.

Stayed Jun 3, 2023We had a great time during our stay. This is a simple house that is very perfect for a single family stay. Very short walk on a non-busy street to the beach. We have 3 children under 6 and the bunk bed room was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed May 26, 2023This is the second time we rented this property. Owner is very responsive and kind. Everything was as described. The only thing is that a new grill might be needed soon for downstairs as the current one is rustied out (legs), my son fixed it with duct tape, so we were still able to grill some fresh snapper and trigger !

Stayed Sep 15, 2022Easy to communicate with owner. Had special requests that were met. House was perfect size for us. Short walk to beach. Great to have use of cart, chairs, and beach toys. Saved us some packing. Would rent again.
