The house was beautiful! Impeccably clean and gorgeous decor. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our family!

Memories my children and grandchildren will carry with them through the decades. The staff was always there—ready to assist, to answer questions, and to make us feel cared for. Every need was thoughtfully addressed in the layout and furnishings of the home—we wanted for nothing.For over six years, we’ve been creating these collages together, each visit adding new colors and textures to the story of our lives. And this time, everyone agreed: this was the best place yet.

The house is very nice and spacious. Best equipped kitchen we have ever had! Could use an ice maker as the refrigerator ice maker did not provide much ice.The only issue we had was the pool was not heated when we got there. We called and it was fixed the next day, Apparently the breaker had been turned off. We would definitely rent this house again. The kids had fun fishing off the dock and golf cart was a hit! We all enjoyed our week there!Peggy Z.

Multi family vacation. Came back year two. Great option. Happy to see the island rebounded ! Great home for large family or a few families. Plenty of space. Great private pool area. Missed the downstairs fridge this year wiped out by flooding but over all a great place to stay !!

This house was the perfect size and location for our tribe that included five kids, aged eight down to two, We could catch the sunrise over the bay across the street and it was a quick jog on the golf cart to enjoy the beach and sunset after supper. House is beautifully appointed (the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental!), and so comfortable. We've booked it for next year!

Overall this was a very nice home. We had a group of 12 for this trip the house accommodated us very well. The ammenities were very nice including the pool, the outdoor area, cornhole, ping pong table were very nice. The balconies and canal views were very nice. Additionally it was very nice with all of the beach supplies provided. The only issue we had was the stove top wasn’t able to be used. They provided us with two hot plates to use so it wasn’t a major issue. They were replacing it during our stay so it should be fine now. Overall we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Overall great, could use more toilet paper for bigger groups

Just returned from a week in AMI. The house was perfect for our group of 10. We reserved golf carts and could easily get to the beach, shopping and restaurants from this central location. The house was well appointed with more than ample kitchen supplies, towels, beach chairs, etc. The property is very well maintained and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. I would highly recommend!

Everything about this house was BETTER than described in the listing. Our family enjoyed every inch of this pace from start to finish. Wish we could live here!

Great space for a large group. Clean. Everything accessible and all electronics worked ! Kitchen and all utensils were great and very clean and open. The only issue I have the listing a 4 instead of a 5 was the pool. Biggest issue was the pool needed to be cleaned better when they came by. It was cloudy and the bottom needs to be vacuumed a bit. However the pool is a great plus and big enough for a group after a beach day. Just neeed a bit more upkeep. The area by the pool and TV is great though. I say access and great layout for the board and kids !

We had an amazing time and the house was beautiful. Was cleaned well and had everything we needed. I have never been to a rental that had a kitchen stocked so well with everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend this property.

It was beautiful very well stocked home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

If you are looking to rent an absolute 5 star house this is the one. The house comes with all the amenities AND a fully stocked kitchen. It is clear the owners know exactly how to create an exceptional property. From the cleanliness of the house to the high end appliances this place is a hidden gem. Racheal and Amanda from the management company were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful accommodations and very well stocked with just about anything you might need. Our family of 11 totally enjoyed the house and the great outdoor area. When not at the beach we were in the pool! My dad sat out on the dock and fished a lot! Thanks for the wonderful stay! You can't go wrong staying here, it's the Reel Deal!

House is nice with pool. Kitchen well equipped. Elevator is helpful for people who can't do all the stairs. Items to carefully note that I believe are not accurately described: the canal is dirty right by this house since the house is at the very end of the canal-usable for kayak or paddle board boarding but would not swim in it. The beach across the street is nice for sunrise viewing but it is not a beach for a day visit with chairs and water play. Strictly for looking at as it's in the back yards of houses with no true beach front. You will need to use your car or rent a golf cart to get to the closest beach especially with young children and lots of gear.
