Red Rocks, HOT TUB, W. Sedona, Walk to trls, 1 bd!

Room was clean, the ac/heating unit made a noise that was a little irritating. The water in the hot tub could have been warmer.

Let us check in early after a backpacking trip. It made our week. Great bed and hot tub. Perfectly quiet and quaint

The first morning we had a short hike from here to watch the sun come up from Little Sugar Loaf- what a great way to start our vacation of red rocks, delicious food and wineries. Our last night was spent (again) enjoying the beautiful stars from the hot tub.

The comfort, location, amenities and hot tub were perfect for our long weekend! We will definitely book again!

This property was as advertised. Cozy, yes, but plenty of amenities. The location is great and we enjoyed a quick trip uptown for dinner, a 3-minutes-away hike the next morning, a glass of wine while overlooking Thunder Mountain from the yard and a wonderful soak in the hot tub late afternoon. The hosts were informative and communicated everything we needed to know in a thorough and timely fashion. We would stay here again.

Great casita! Nice little yard with hot tub, chairs and grill. Plenty of sun or shade if needed. Chairs outback that face Chimney Rock and Capital Butte. Short walk to trailheads right behind the house. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything the Sedona area offers. Easy to communicate with owners. Would stay again.

We stayed one night and the place is adorable. You are at the base of Thunder Mountain that you can see from the bedroom or kitchen window.The hot tub is small but perfect for two. After the hot tub, which is fairly private, we sat in the zero gravity chairs as we gazed at the stars. That is when I proposed. Highly recommend as the host was also great. They leave you be and yet they were great communicators on all things ahead of time. The only recommendation I could make is some decaffeinated options for tea or coffee. If you tell them Dana Roberts recommended them to you then that would be awesome. Word of mouth is everything.

Wonderful place to stay

This is a great place for a weekend getaway, I've been here twice in the last month. I hope to stay here again in the winter.

This is a wonderful little hideaway with great views and is well taken care of….the private patio and hot tub make it perfect for a Sedona getaway. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to hiking etc. I will definitely book it again if I am in Sedona.

We enjoyed our stay in Sedona. The guest house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The view was lovely and the location by Thunder Mountain was convenient. We star-gazed from the outdoor area and hot tub. The only drawback was the close proximity to the main house which felt less private when we were outside.

The one-bedroom in West Sedona was like a cozy little spa getaway. The place was well-stocked, with cozy robes, and all the comforts of home plus a hot tub. The location was convenient, about 10-15 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. Theresa and Mike were gracious and responsive hosts. Would stay here again!

Fantastic super clean property that was the perfect launching point for my trip to Sedona. It was close to everything, but also in a very quiet neighborhood so it provided a great respite after a long day of activity. Communication with the host was great, check in/out was easy. This was a fine property for our week vacation. We have been to Sedona several times, and this was one our best places. Great for a couple who loves to hike because you are in an excellent location to get to many hikes. Close to very nice restaurants. Driveway parking and good stuff in the kitchen like a microwave, coffee machine, and spring water dispenser. We will return to this lovely little place!

It's a very nice, convenient, and safe area. We had everything we needed in the house. Me and my partner were able to walk close to thundermountain Trailhead in the morning. At night we watched the stars in the hot tub and it was wonderful. We had a great time exploring nature and downtown Sedona. It's a very unique city. Such a great trip to celebrate our two year anniversary. We would definitely come back again! And thanks to the hosts for the complimentary wine. Much appreciated

Was perfect for my husband and me. The hot tub was a nice bonus after long hikes. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was good. The rental had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful view of thunder mountain. Very clean and well maintained property inside and out. Perfect size for 2 people. Really enjoyed the decor aesthetic. Hot tub is clean and very well maintained. Perfect location to walk to trail heads and just far enough away from the touristy parts of sedona.

Spiritual; centrally located; well-stocked; attentive hosts; clean; comfy.

At times things happen beyond the control of anyone. Our initial location had no hot water due to a faulty heater. The host was very responsive, and we tried all approaches to remedy the situation. Spent the night there (with half refund) and then they moved us to another location. The point is the VRBO system for handling situations works - by having a host who is reachable and follows through. Our example should provide a level of comfort when using VRBO. Thank you for the extra needed assistance.

Perfect and as described.

My sister and I stayed at the Raven Guest House during a quick mountain biking trip to Sedona. We chose it for its private outdoor space, and it was perfect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but it was convenient to everything we needed. We did venture to the other side of the roundabout on Theresa’s recommendation of the Javelina Cantina and ended up eating there twice - it was delicious! We would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed here for a golf tournament. It was the perfect spot, very private. Hope to come back again with my hisband.

-The Casita was equipped with bonus kitchen appliances (toaster oven, hot plates etc) which made it possible for us to do a lot of our cooking there. -The bed was so comfortable I've decided to buy a Beautyrest (Yes I peeked the label😂). I'm headed over to Mattress Firm tomorrow! -My son took full advantage of the Netflix (binged on anime) -This Casita is about 3 miles from the Crescent Moon Picnic Site, which has an awesome swimming hole with tons of shade. We far preferred it over Slide Rock. -The owners were available at any time for anything that we may have needed. Although we didn't really need to reach out to them because everything was already in its place. -Two people can stay there comfortably; however, you could probably fit one more person on the couch or on a cot. -I don't understand any of the negative reviews about the water heater. Are these people taking 1 hour long showers? We had no problems.
