Stayed Dec 22, 2024The house is very clean and our host responded promptly when we reach out with questions. We enjoyed sipping coffee in the living room looking out to the mountains every morning, used the grill and went on hikes daily. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and will return to Sedona in the future.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024This house served as a great home base for exploring Sedona proper and the surrounding area. The size was small plenty for the four of us. Not overly fancy but nice and well maintained. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again.

Stayed Sep 3, 2024We had travelled from Glacier National Park to Yellowstone to Rocky Mountain National Park to Black Canyon and then we hit most of the Canyon Land Parks. Our last 3 days were in Sedona. Amazing home that had everything you need for a great vacation! I highly recommend this property! The only downside is the outside area has lots of mosquitoes! So be prepared for that because they are relentless! Otherwise we had a really great stay!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024My husband and I truly enjoyed our visit in Sedona. The landscape views were gorgeous. The house lived up to our expectations. It’s located close to anything that we needed (grocery, restaurants, etc.) We didn’t do much hiking, but Traci provided a lot of information of places to explore nearby. We only used the master bedroom and I can say it was a very comfortable bed and a nice master bathroom. The other two beds looked just as comfortable. We loved the privacy of the backyard/deck and the hot tub. Traci was very responsive to our questions and a gracious host. We will definitely visit again.
