Stayed Nov 27, 2024Photos were very deceiving! This place was tiny. Very limited space for seating and no place to sit and eat. Parking was cramped. Not a get together place. Other than that, very nice and new.

Stayed Oct 6, 2025This was a very well-appointed and comfortable base of operations for our Gatlinburg trip. Parking was easy, even with another family staying in the property that shares parking. My only small gripe is that the back porch looks over an apartment complex and that isn’t really clear from the listing photos.

Stayed Sep 10, 2023Very nice newer property great location 3br 3 bath. Nice to walk to strip and not have to pay to park. Pictures were right on in posting. Worth the money. Easy to reach manager with questions.

Stayed Jul 31, 2023Great communication throughout the entire process. Location was amazing and a few minute walk from Anakeesta and start of Strip. My only issues were really cockroaches that popped up once in a while the whole trip and hot tub was more of a warm tub. Other than that pretty good!

Stayed Jul 27, 2023Mother daughter trip and two moms 50th birthday. Had so much fun. Loved the pool and went white water rafting.
