The kitchen had all of the appliances. They even have a cabinet full spices. This place has it all. Close to restaurant and lakes and no crowds.

Host was very accommodating and responded quickly. No issues for the one night stay. Apartment was very clean.

The communication at the beginning was bad because we did not recieve the code to get into the property but it all worked out .

We have a daughter at Florida Southern College, so the location could not have been better situated for visiting with her and also being close to Lakes Morton and Hollingsworth, as well as downtown (farmers market, Harry's, etc.). The space was all ours, was very clean, and well-equipped had we wanted to cook meals. The TVs (one in living room and one in bedroom) had streaming services already available (or we could have logged into our own accounts). It was nice to have a washer and dryer, and the shower was modern and wonderful (huge rainfall shower head along with separate hand-held wand). We will likely return the next time we're in town! Edgar was also very responsive and friendly when trying to communicate re: check-in, etc.

Everywhere was very clean and tidy. Large Bathroom updated very nicely. Shower great. We did not cook there, but the kitchen was well equipped. Basic furnishing in the living room, but was fine. Nice and quiet area.

Great place to! My husband and I stayed there while our daughter was in town doing a state competition. It was perfect for the two of us. We managed to work remotely (good internet speed and peaceful) and enjoyed the local nature reserve, brewery, and local restaurants. Edgar answered out questions quickly and the place was as expected. Very good experience; would recommend!

Just left after a five night stay very nice place just as pictured. Owner checked to see how things were liked the code to get in and out no key to carry. Definitely will stay here again m

The host had a clean place for us to stay at, loved that we had plenty of towels and wash clothes for us to use. This host has always been good and we always like to stay when we can.

We found this place on VRBO and chose it for our stay. My wife graduated with her Doctorate at SEU. This place was perfect for location to SEU and downtown dining pleasures as well. We will definitely choose it again and again

Ok accommodations. The space was fine. In general, it felt like most of the items were cheap.The bedsheets were a synthetic fabric and were very hotThere wasn’t a traditional lock on the bathroomAnd the bath mat was very cushiony which felt gross on terms of what it would absorbIt was really close to Florida Southern campus which was great for our visit

Comfortable and clean. The property owner was very responsive to any request we had. The location was excellent making it easy to get around.

This location is excellent for seeing all Lakeland has to offer. The neighborhood is great, lots of dining nearby, and so many cozy amenities. The coffee maker was stocked, water was hot, bed was comfy and the entire stay was just lovely.

Quaint accommodations in Lakeland's Historic District. Good communication with host. Will stay here again when in the area.

We just were very disappointed with the bed. My husband actually spent two of the nights on the couch. Although they had done some nice upgrades in the kitchen, the counters were cracked. The floors were cracked. The bathroom tub was really nasty with mold around it. The first thing we noticed when we entered the apartment was a musty smell. The water pressure in the bathroom was very light and hard to take a shower with it. We just would choose another place next time.

Cute little place to chill during vacay either by yourself or with your spouse. My only issue was i was looking for a private house and even after i messaged the host directly to confirm, when i arrived i came to find this was indeed a townhouse and someone was in the other side. Privacy is just a big thing for me so if id known i probably wouldnt have booked here but if you dont mind a townhouse then this is a fantastic place otherwise!

As a single woman I needed a place to sleep and shower and didn't want a hotel. I felt very safe in this area and the house was cute. I appreciate the great communication I had with the host.

Had to stay overnite for a funeral. This place was great. Nice location quiet at night. Would reccomend it to anyone.
