Stayed Feb 13, 2026We came into town for a soccer tournament and the red door footage was very convenient. The house is lovely and in a nice location to walk about. Whatever you fancy you will find you are not to far from. The outlander coffee is then a 10 minute walk and makes a nice latte .

Stayed Oct 10, 2025We loved the house. Great location as you can walk to nearby Overton Square, CVS, Fresh Market, and several restaurants. It was an easy drive to Rhodes College (5 min).The house had olenty of space and was decorated nicely. Bed was comfortable, as was the sofa and seating area. We enjoyed sitting on the porch sipping our morning coffee. Check in was very easy.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We booked this rental last minute when our other one cancelled on us and it was a perfect location. Having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was ideal for me and my adult son. Because we were a last minute reservation there was a glitch and the unit had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Ben was quick to respond and came to change linens etc while we went out for a bit. It was comfortable, AC worked great and having a washer and dryer if needed is a bonus.

Stayed May 19, 2024attended a weeklong school program at Christian Brothers. Great location for that. Great location for restaurants and DoorDash. Safe location with parking for two vehicles. House sits back off the street so plenty of privacy. House is well appointed and very comfortable for a week long stay or less. Great communication with host would highly recommend for a single adult stay, a family of four, or a long weekend for a couple.
