Stayed Dec 27, 2024Picturesque, comfy & warm guest house, plenty of space, pool table a bonus and a TV in every room, so kids and adults were happy after a long day of skiing ...about 15 min from snow trails resort...Ellen was a very gracious hostess! Recommend!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Another great stay at the Red Dahlia! Beautiful location! The home is close to everything & in a wonderful & peaceful neighborhood! The house is very comfortable for a family with a nice deck off the back over looking a beautiful yard. The owner Ellen is so kind & easy to communicate with. She was always very responsive! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Stayed Mar 28, 2024This home is a peaceful oasis. It is well equipped, comfortable and has beautiful views. Stores and restaurants are a only a short drive away. We enjoyed coming back to the home after a long day, to sit by the fire and enjoy the company of family we don't see often. We also enjoyed a game or 2 of pool. Ellen was a considerate host readily available for any question I had. I look forward to returning in the warm weather to enjoy the back deck.

Stayed Mar 17, 2024Really cool property!! Wish the weather would’ve been nicer. Having the 5 garage doors up for the common area would have been a blast while playing pool. The conversion of this building into a 3 bed/2 Bath was genius. Ellen was an awesome host!! Will definitely stay here again on another trip up.

Stayed Mar 21, 2024Red Dahlia is a great house and lovely property. So quiet and peaceful. It was expertly cleaned and had all the amenities we could ever need. The only negative is the living area couch is not comfortable at all. We couldn’t sit on it. So it could use replacing with something comfortable. Other than that we loved our stay.

Stayed Oct 20, 2023Came for long weekend. Caught up w friends in Mansfield, did a wedding in Cleveland, played at Malibar/Mohican for a day, felt like could have gone anywhere and always would have had easy return to tranquilty and comfort here. The place is comfortable, fun, larger than it looks, and feels like home. We loved the separate living and sleeping areas! Also, Ellen has thought of everything, from ziplocks, to baking trays, to quite nice lotion, eveything we needed and then some was right where we thought to look. All it all it was perfect for our busy family of five and we even had a guest one evening. Not going to accomplish that in even two hotel rooms! $300night felt like value! Oh and if you can, stay in the fall and make sure at least one day to make it up for the sunrise!!!!
