This property was perfect for our stay in Colorado. It was clean and stocked with all the things we needed!

This was an amazing place to stay. It was perfect for our needs. We came for a volleyball tournament and had no idea where to stay and we’ve never done a VRBO and it was the best experience. The rooms were so clean and efficient. It really was perfect and it was so inexpensive.would 100% recommend

We had a wonderful stay at the Red Barn. The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and everything was just as described. The host was great and made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

This is nice, modern, clean townhouse that fit our needs for a two night stay very well.

The house was clean and well organized. We had everything we needed for a good stay, with the kitchen and bathroom stocked with essentials. The house was comfortable and easy to find. However, we did find the location to be a bit noisy with traffic and trains close by.

All of my family (from several different states) came to Loveland to spend a week together. Several of us stayed in this townhome and were completely satisfied with everything. The location by the park was great for one of our evenings. The home was beautiful, very comfortable, quiet and very clean. Communication was fantastic. It was a perfect gathering place for us!!

This place served our needs perfectly. All of us that stayed were equally impressed. Can't think of a thing that needed to be addressed.

Home was very comfortable and clean. Room to share a meal and have card games. A Keurig coffeemaker would have been nice, but since there was a big can of coffee and a regular coffeepot it worked out

We were in the area for a video shoot. Great place to relax after a long day’s work. Quiet, very comfortable and very reasonably priced. If we’re back in the area, we’ll be back!

It was perfect! Enough space to have the whole family over for brunch. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and lots of other amenities. Super clean and quiet neighborhood, close to downtown.

We used this home as a base for a tournament. It was very clean and close to restaurants and the grocery store. The kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast and lunch (we ate local for dinner). Communication was great and responses were quick. Very pleasant stay.

What a godsend that we have such a great place to stay. No worries. Comforts of home.

Thought the house was perfect for our needs. My son thought the nighttime noise was loud at times (train and neighbor cars). Also would have liked more control of the thermostat. Overall we felt at home.

Property was clean, updated, and the communication with the property manager was excellent. Would def recommend.

The garage was a huge plus. We were showing gear at the Overland Expo nearby and definitely needed the garage to stage for the show. The washer and dryer was also great to have. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfy. The closet in the master is huge. The location is quiet, and close to downtown plus close to 34 if you want to get to RMNP / Estes Park or just need to hop back on 25.

We enjoyed and would definitely return. Communication was great!

I have to say this place was perfect for our family! We came for our daughters softball Nationals tournament and all of the ball parks were within 20-25 minutes!!! Can’t beat that!!! It was also walking distance to downtown (which is such a cute town full of shopping and dining)! One of my daughter’s favorite things was having Dutch Bro’s coffee and Drinks just down the road (about a 3 min walk). Also the grocery store was also a block away! (It’s Safeway, and if you do not have the app I suggest downloading it, it will save you a ton!) The house had everything we needed! It was so clean! Very simple and cute and just perfect! If we had an issue the host was back to us within minutes! If I could pick up the house and move it to the lake so I could see the mountains from the house that would be my only request, however a short 5 min walk and you are there! All in all, great house, great customer service and the town of Loveland is just beautiful! Highly recommend!

This place is perfection. The location, price, customer service and the property itself - all perfect. We will recommend Red Barn to everyone we know and we will certainly return to visit. We loved it! It was a very special weekend.
