The house is located a few kilometers from the nature reserve 'Gnitz' and about 20 minutes walk from the white sand beach in Zinnowitz, a perfect location: on the one hand resting on the backwaters and other short routes to the Baltic Seaand the city. The house is located in a traffic situation at the end of a private road. Children can carelessly (before the houses of neighbors), play in the garden while the family enjoys the rest.
