The inviting living room is naturally lit, and with a couch, armchair, and classic rocking chair, it's perfect for kicking back and getting cozy. Things to Know

Children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and fitness center. Children under the age of 14 years old may not use the hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Children under the age of 10 years old may not use the fitness center. No spa services will be provided for anyone under the age of 12 years old. Spa services for those aged 12-15 years old must have adult guardian accompaniment in treatment room with a signed release form. Spa services for those aged 16-17 years old must have a release form signed by an adult guardian before the start of the treatment.

Ski shuttle details: The Woods Resort is not a normal stop for The Bus, BUT! You can catch a ride up to the Killington Ski Lodges if you stand on Killington Road (at the entrance of The Woods Resort) and jump on THE BUS . There is a small fee of $2 to ride THE BUS from The Woods Resort to the Killington Ski Area.

THE BUS, runs on a regular, frequent schedule. Pico, K-1 lodge, Snowshed Base Lodge, Killington Grand Hotel and Mountain Green Resort are fare-free zones. So you could catch a ride back down for free.

THE BUS even offers transportation to Rutland hourly until 11:00 p.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
