Recently renovated Palmetto Dunes home minutes from the beach with pool

15 Sea Lane is within walking/biking distances of the ocean. The pool was a big hit with our family! We had everything we needed when we decided to cook at the house such as pots and pans and plates. The house was big enough for the 6 of us. And the washer and dryer was a plus.Very thankful for the beautiful home to rent.

Reviewer Comments: Since hurricane Debby was bearing down on us we were in the house quite a bit more than we would have been (no beach time for a few days😕). We were quite comfortable though and enjoyed our time. The management company did a great job keeping us informed throughout the storm. It was a little further to the beach than we prefer but for this trip it worked out quite well. I would definitely recommend a wagon if you need a lot of beach gear. Overall I would definitely recommend this home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is very well stocked, plenty of bath linens, lovely home, and big enough for everyone to have their own space, as well as large open spaces where we could congregate together. The only downside for us was that there weren't any extras, such as beach supplies (wagon, umbrella, etc.) Coming from Washington state, we're not able to bring those sorts of things with us. We had a mishap the first night, the property management company was extremely attentive, handling our issue within the hour of notification. They were fantastic. All in all, a truly wonderful week!

This house checks all the boxes. Kitchen has top of the line appliances. Bathrooms are renovated and spectacular. Pool is large with a bonus in pool sitting bench. Short .25 walk to beach access.

We had an amazing time at this vacation home! The walk to the beach was not bad at all, only 10 minutes, even with six children ages 9 and under. I would recommend using bikes/ strollers/ wagons to help out as well (the commute was a breeze once we did this). The home itself was perfect. Super clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with anything we needed. One thing to note, two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, and one is right off of the living/dining room. So, if you have kids who need to go to sleep earlier (it’s a room with two twin beds), the sound from the main spaces travels into this room. Not a huge deal though. Overall we had an amazing time, the property management group was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. We love this property and would love to go back!
