Recently remodeled, short walk to the beach, dogs welcome!

Great access to the beach, nice pool, AC’s worked well which was super important on a very hot weekend. Only issue was that a room described as having a queen bed actually had a queen bunk bed. Not ideal for adults.

House is located in an excellent area, easy access to beach and shopping.

Had a very nice stay with family. Place was clean. The cottage-like neighborhood is very quaint and taken care of. Very easy and quick stroll to beach (shorter than I thought). The only thing I'll mention that leans toward the negative side, was the sleeping arrangements. When I booked, the upstairs sub-master was pictured and described with a queen-size bed. When we arrived it had bunkbeds, which through off sleeping arrangements. We worked around it, but the listing should reflect current accommodations. Overall though, great stay!

This was our second year staying at this property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and location is just a short walk to the beach. The house is very spacious with relaxing beach decor and everything needed. The new washer & dryer was a plus this year since the set from previous year was in terrible shape. Our complaint this stay is pretty important: the second bedroom upstairs the previous year had a queen bed, to our surprise it now has bunk beds that are not functional at all for adults due to clearance of upper bunk being so low. So that bedroom was completely useless. The description for this house does not mention the change at all. Otherwise we would have searched for a different home. So the accuracy of description is major since we were already there and too late to make a change. It was very unfair to have a unusable bedroom after paying the price.

We actually had to stay in Bigloe Bungalow as the original house we reserved had flooring issues that wouldn’t be resolved before we arrived. Fortunately Justin found us this cottage in the same complex. It is plenty big and the house was very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels. That being said, the house needs an upgrade but that is up to the owners. We loved that the beach is a 3 minute walk and is family friendly. The pool is great too and literally 30 seconds away. Property is pet friendly which our dogs loved. Justin was terrific and responded to any concerns quickly. Miramar Beach is beautiful and we will be back next year.

This was a wonderful house and such a great location! So close to the beach and pool, it couldn't have been better! The house was beautiful, well decorated and great for two families staying together!

This house is perfect! The neighborhood was beautiful and the pool was just across the street. There is a little walk to the beach but it was a nice walk down a brick path. Our kids range from 4 to 11 and everyone enjoyed the stay. Great location near shopping and restaurants. The house was spotless and well taken care of. We will most definitely be back.

Beautiful Beach house! Very roomy and 3 full bathrooms was a plus. My family was very satisfied with our stay. Location was in a nice cottage community with a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Thank You for letting our fur baby travel with us!

Facility & location were very good, but the beds were awful. Especially the upstairs beds. We would not rent this unit again until assured new beds were in place.
