Stayed Feb 15, 2023The house was very well appointed. John and Coco were always easy to reach. The separation of rooms was nice. The large Florida room with tv was especially nice. We used it every day. Quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely return or recommend. Jen Wiberg

Stayed Jan 15, 2022This was my and my wife's first venture south for an extended period (6 weeks). The house was everything we expected and more. Very comfortable with tons of storage. The neighborhood was great and we even got to meet a few of the neighbors. It's only about 10-15 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach and about 25 to Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. It's five minutes or less to shopping (Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walmart, etc.) and both chain and local restaurants. It was the best of both worlds - relatively close to the beaches without the hassle of beach traffic. The hosts were great. We had very few issues and they were addressed immediately. We highly recommend this property and the hosts.

Stayed Nov 10, 2021This home is super clean with just the right amount space for 5 people. The screened back porch is huge and the grounds are meticulously landscaped. The owners were very friendly and responded immediately to any questions. Location is central, surrounded by amenities and quick access to beaches. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property was SUPER clean! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood! The hostess, Coco, was lovely and excellent with communication! The back yard and screened in patio were wonderful! It was perfect!
