very clean and comfortable

This home was very well stocked and the space was excellent for puzzles and games with family (important because it rained for most of our stay). The immediate neighborhood is fairly new (2021) and very nice. We did not love the beach closest to the home and ended up driving further to get to the Atlantic facing side of the island. That said, we have never stayed on the northern end of Hilton Head and it was very convenient for short trips to the outlets, Bluffton, etc. Overall, this was a great place and felt more like being a guest in a home rather than being in a rental.

The owner and property met our expectations. The owner was accommodating and responsive to any questions about the property. The property was in good condition and provided an enjoyable stay.

Extremely clean and spacious home! Only issue was the AC did not cool the master bedroom downstairs, which was extremely warm in the summer temps. We found a fan that made it more bearable & made the owner aware. Overall, we loved the home & appreciated how well stocked it was in the kitchen & in regards to sheets, towels, and beach equipment! :)

The layout of the house is great for a large group. It’s an easy walk to the beach or you can drive or ride bikes to other nearby beaches that are only 10-15min away. The house has beach gear available and bikes you can use to get around. It’s located in a cul de sac in a small gated community and just behind it is a pond where we saw an alligator.

Overall an amazing rental! Perfect for families with young children. The owners really kept families in mind when including the travel crib, high chair, beach tent, toys, etc. Would definitely stay here again:)

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is set about 10-15 mins from the hustle and bustle of Hilton head in a quiet neighborhood. The place was well stocked and made our trip super easy from the moment we arrived. We would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was a great setup for 2 families. We appreciate having access to the beach gear and the bikes. The owner was very accommodating and answered questions quickly.

This home was perfect for our big growing family. It was clean and convenient. The location I perfect and makes getting around much easier. Access to the “extras” provided by the owner gives you everything you could possibly need for a beach day and neighborhood activities if you’re just relaxing at the house. We will be back.

We filled the home with people and dogs and felt comfortable in the common space, but also appreciated our individual bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, water pressure in the showers was great, and we felt comfortable and safe in the cul-de-sac gated community. We even got to see some gators in the pond in the backyard! The house was a short drive to multiple beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers. It was close to a couple parks and public pathways as well. We were able to have a cookout using the grill in the garage. The host provided plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, and even a beach cart. It was very helpful having access to the garage.

The home was absolutely perfect for our large group. We were in Hilton Head for our daughter's wedding. Having such a nice place to stay that was so close and convenient made for much less stress. The host was very responseve and accommodating. Thank you!

Loved the house and we had a great time.We thought there would be a hot tub but there wasn’t one.We enjoyed our stay.

Our family enjoys getting together from our three different cities on occasion at a VRBO property. This is the best home we have ever stayed in. The host provided lovely extras, the home was perfect for our 6 adults and 3 kids, everything was clean and pleasant. The home is so tastefully decorated with great art, yet it felt very livable for our three grandchildren. The home is in a quiet gated neighborhood where the kids were safe to ride their scooters, but not far from the nearest beach or putt putt. If you want to be right on the beach, you won't choose this house, but it is an excellent location to enjoy all HHI has to offer.

Went to SC for my daughters wedding

Sheila was an excellent host. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, gallon of milk, and a nice selection of teas. Space was homey and comfortable for multiple-person family. Home was clean and spacious. We appreciated the quiet gated community and would stay here again. Hostess was very responsive and friendly with any inquiries.
