We love staying at Dave's place. It is literally right on the beach. It's clean and you can bring your doggies. What could be better.

It would be nice to have a bigger TV in the living room. The beach view and acces was great.

Right away I was greeted with a clean smell. The housekeeper does a wonderful job! This is the only place I have found in the area that you can stay right on the beach with your dog. Not only that, but you have a good sized fenced in area by the beach to enjoy with your dog without having to go to the dog beach every time. Loved the double patio doors on both floors to take in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean is a beautiful thing. There are new lovely smelling leather couches that aren’t in the listing pictures, although I bet the old ones were super comfy too. I really enjoyed all the art/signs made by the owner. I would stay here again without a second thought! The only things I would add is another rug on the back deck to help get more sand off your feet before coming in, some solar lights around the back yard steps, and the laminate upstairs could use replacing. Hope to visit again soon!

We loved this property. It is very clean and spacious. It was perfect for our dog, the views were awesome, and the owner was very responsive to all of our questions. It really is oceanfront with a fenced in yard for the dog, as well as a fenced in patio, both facing the ocean. There were sticker bushes in the fenced in yard that we had to keep digging out of our dog's paws, but I don't think the bushes are allowed to be removed. The handmade art on the walls is more than art, it explains the area with maps and provides lots of information in general. There is also a map with pins to put in where you are from. The ocean views from the living room/kitchen and master bedroom are beautiful. There are 2 parking places, so we were able to rent a golf cart (Bike the Beach is awesome) and keep it with us. The refrigerator has filtered water and an ice maker on the door. There is a Keurig coffeemaker or a regular one. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. This was our first visit to PCB and while we don't care for PCB, I wish we had this unit everywhere we traveled to because it makes it so easy to have your large dog with you. You are about 2 miles to Pier Park and the dog beach. You really can't walk to anything. There was a Mike's Oyster bar within walking distance, but it was closed till after the holidays. Overall, we loved the place, especially with having our dog with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and enjoyed so much we stayed another 3-4 days at another one of David’s villas. Will be booking again for next year.

The smell of cleanliness met us when we opened the door! :) We have a small dog, who has loved having his own yard. There has been new living room furniture added and new deck boards since the pictures were taken. The mattress slept like a dream. We have been pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend!

Loved the fenced in area for dogs. The location and view of the beach is unbeatable!
