This is a charming family house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, toilet, living room, dining area and kitchen. Large private terrace with garden furniture and views. It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests.

Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features. With marble flooring, original art works and contemporary furniture. There is air-conditioning with cooling / heating. Free high speed fiber optic internet.

The house is distributed over three floors, without elevator. With 150 sqm interior + 75 sqm outdoor space.

On the first floor is the living room with 2 sofas, coffee table and a Smart TV. Dining table with six chairs. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and appliances: washing machine, dishwasher and oven included. There is also a toilet available.

There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin beds placed together. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, of which 2 are en-suite.

The house has a large private terrace on the top floor. The terrace is decorated with garden furniture and offers exceptional city views.

    Beautiful home, so many thoughtful design choices. So spacious and amazing to have 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the kitchen deisgn and even in January, the roof terrace was lovely on a sunny afternoon. Also the location was incredible, so close to everything but very quiet at night. Than you!

    The apartment was clean.Black mold in the shower was bad.Towels were thread bare.Owners tried to spend as little as possible on the property.

    Incredible area. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, historic sites and shopping. Lots of mercados close by for easy grocery shopping. Kitchen was fully stocked, and host was accommodating when we realized we needed something that wasn't in the kitchen. Bedrooms were all a great size. There was five of us, so having the 3 full bathrooms, and the one off the kitchen was handy. Easy checkin/out process.

    Our stay at this property was so enjoyable! The flat is close to all the major sites in Seville as well as great restaurants and shopping. There’s a gorgeous wine shop at the end of the street to boot! We had a fabulous visit to Seville!

    The apartment is centrally located- close to fantastic tapas bars, supermarkets and attractions. It was lovely to sit on the roof terrace for lunch and pre dinner drinks. The beds are comfortable as are the couches in the living area. The wifi is fast and reliable. A great place to experience Seville.
