Stayed Apr 16, 2026Properties a bit challenging to access as it is off a one way frontage road with no street signs where to turn in to complex. This is not noted in property details so make note if you book! We figured it out after two tries going all the way back around the highway. Overall property is very clean and comfortable. Cute decor for true Razorback fans! Communication with property management was a bit challenging and one inquiry we had never was answered. Location is close to university, shopping and restaurants.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Listing shows it sleeps 6; however, it only sleeps 4 and I'd bet money that the 2 bedrooms are only full-size bed and not queens. The couch in the living room was joke and needed to be in a dr office, not in a VRBO for a family.Communication in advance was nothing...at some places I get an email in advance stating thanks for booking..we look forward to you visiting, etc...but this one was nothing.Upon arrival we unpacked and later in the evening we discovered that both beds had hair on the sheets. Also the washcloth linens were stained with makeup. We moved to a hotel for our 2nd night and unfortunately received no refund for our unpleasant experience.Very disappointing!!! PS- I wonder if this review will even get posted, or if it's circumvented by VRBO or management.

Stayed May 9, 2025The property was clean and a great location. However, when we booked our stay it stated that the property slept 6 adults. When we arrived it only accommodated 4. There was no communication prior to our stay that we weren’t going to have room for everyone and we were scrambling since it was graduation weekend.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025Nice big townhome. Stayed here with my family for the US Pro Cup mountain bike races. We were right at the base of Centennial Park and could walk up to the venue! We used the garage for bikes and it worked out great. Would definitely stay here again. Only recommendation is a few more pots/pans for the kitchen.
