Stayed Jul 11, 2025Best place overall we ever rented! Comfort, decor, well appointed w furnishings. The pool and covered outdoor seating area were excellent. Quietest neighborhood ever! Perfect access to everything. Host were helpful in great detail and the restocked kitchen essential were more than we usually find! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This property was so nice!! The decor, furniture, complete design of the house was so inviting. The pool was great as well! Large patio w brick pavers, spotless pool, lanai and fenced yard. Very peaceful little getaway!

Stayed Jul 3, 2025If you’re thinking about booking this property this is your sign to go for it! The most well equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool area, spacious and around 10-15 min to the beautiful beaches. We truly enjoyed our stay in The Raya House! :)

Stayed Apr 16, 2025The house was great, it was really clean. It has everything you need, like towels, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was stocked. The neighboorhood was quiet, yet there was a supermarket in walking distannce.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024Wonderful house, pool, and location. We had an issue with the pool not heating and it was corrected within 24 hours. Communication with the hosts is easy and with quick response. This was my serving time staying at the Raya house. Will happily stay again next time I’m in Sarasota.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We were here a few days before hurricane Wilton. Our hosts were amazing communicators. We ended up leaving early because or the hurricane, but I would definitely rent this house again in the future. They had everything we needed. The best touches were a welcome basket with coffee and snacks which I have never had at a rental. Thank you!

Stayed Aug 22, 2024We enjoyed a perfect stay at the Raya House. We celebrated my mom’s 104 th birthday. Everything worked out very well for us. The little girls loved the bunk beds and my teenage granddaughter loved having her own room. Many happy hours were spent in the pool. Morning coffee/tea was enjoyed poolside. The hammock chair was a big hit! We loved our stay.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024The most beautiful house we ever rented on Florida,perfect size 3 bedroom with comfortable mattress,2 large bathrooms plus extra shower outside. Kitchen has literally everything, beach towel, towels, iron,hairdryer,beautiful pool and sitting area on the back.We love it,definitely we wil come back,amazing owners. I will give this house 10/10

Stayed Jun 14, 2024This property won't disapoint! The owners are amazing to work with. Great communication. The house is furnished so modern! Very comfortable beds. The outside area is so nice! Pool, picnic table, grill, hammock swing, kids play house with chalk boards! Must admit we had to go buy chalk and do some art work on the chalk boards. We can not wait to stay here again . Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!!

Stayed Jun 2, 2024The Raya House is just what we were looking for when vacationing in Siesta Key. It has everything you could need and the communication was top notch. We have been coming here for years now and this house was the best one we've stayed in. The pool is perfect and our daughter loved the little chalk board playhouse behind it. Its right near Siesta Key and not far from any restaurants/businesses. We will be trying to come here year after year!
