The layout of the house was excellent! The response to the service call was the same day. The house unfortunately needs a deep cleaning and repair. There were outdoor lights burned out including the pool light and the keypad lights downstairs. These are safety issues. In the den one of the shades is gone and one of the window sills is broken. The keurig didn't work nor the hand mixer. The major safety issue was the door to the pool. When the wind blew from the east it would catch the door with such force as to injure a child. Attempts to repair this obviously have failed as there was broken chain hanging from the door. There was a board lying on the deck which had fallen off the threshold. Certainly someone should have seen this before we arrived! For the price we paid we certainly expected better.

Yazzy was a great place. We were perhaps disappointed in the overall condition/upkeep of the property. Many of the windows must have lost their seal as the windows were cloudy and that of course detracts from the experience. It wasn’t clear on the website that the deck/porch just off the main room and where the pool sits is not covered. The pool deck itself was very narrow to navigate around as compared to the next door neighbors who have a similar pool.The pool is a great amenity as is the ice maker and two large refrigerators. The one freezer has a handle missing on the door. The kitchen was stocked well but the cabinets show significant wear and tear.

The Beach Bash @ Yassy House was truly an excellent choice for bringing together family and friends to celebrate summer—and especially our August birthdays! Everyone had a wonderful time and we were honestly sad to leave. The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated our entire family. We especially appreciated the elevator, the beautiful views, and the large, inviting living room that made it easy for everyone to gather. Every part of the house was clean, well-kept, and enjoyable around the clock. And the pool? A fantastic bonus that kept the kids entertained nonstop. An unforgettable stay—we look forward to returning!”

Beautiful home located right on the beach. Clean and very accommodating for large family groups. Spent the weekend here with my family, we absolutely LOVED it. Highly recommend, especially if you have little ones.

Beautiful, huge house right on the Gulf.Private boardwalk to the beach and a nice little pool that saved our stay! Jellyfish were out in abundance, so the pool was our only reprieve. Highly recommended!

Amazing house and location. We'll be back!

Overall a nice big house. Everyone enjoyed it. The one issue is that the house has several large picture windows over looking the beach. Unfortunately the seals appear to have leaked and there is condensation in the windows which takes away from the views

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! The kitchen was well equipped, the house is spacious and relatively quiet, the views are awesome, and overall the home and boardwalk to the beach were accessible to all members of our large family. Thank you!!

We recently had a wonderful family vacation at the Yassy House. It was very roomy and comfortable for all members. We ranged in age from 3 to upper 60's and everyone loved it. One of the reasons that we chose this particular property was because it had a king bed and private bathroom for each of the couples. Having direct access to the BEAUTIFUL beach and a private pool were also high on our list. This property fit the bill. We loved the icemaker, the double oven, and the two refrigerators. Our legs got a workout going up all of those flights of stairs, which was a good thing! Whenever we had a question about something, Prickett Properties responded VERY quickly. That was impressive. I would definitely recommend this property for a family gathering. We would not hesitate to work with properties managed by Prickett again. Thank you all!

Loved the house. Some things need a little maintenance-ice maker, light in bathroom. We all had a great time and each had their own room and bathroom and were very happy. Will definitely stay here again!
