Stayed Jan 13, 2026We had an amazing family vacation and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out yet it still felt cozy. It is the perfect place for family time after long days of skiing. and exploring. I would highly recommend Perkins Peak!

Stayed Feb 20, 2025No place better to stay in Park City, especially if you are skiing Park City Mountain. Check in was a breeze and the place is gorgeous, with ski-in/ski-out and amazing views of all of town. Location can't be beat, slightly private with easy access to town and Deer Valley if you're skiing there. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 28, 2024This home is beautifully designed and decorated. The bedrooms have luxurious linens and the home is on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown. The kitchen is well appointed with all you need even an expresso machine. The views of the mountainside are stunning. We appreciated the owners making contact with us on day one to make sure all we needed was there. I would highly recommend these accommodations.
