Rare Pool and Hot Tub Home - Family and Pet Friendly!

Perfect home for a family vacation. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Host was quick to answer any questions I had.House was perfect size for our needs. Especially greatful for TV’s in bedrooms

Everything was perfect; just what we were wanting. The place was well appointed, with everything we needed. There was plenty of space, and then some, for the six of us. Rooms and living spaces were all neat and clean, not too cluttered, and tastefully decorated. The location was also great! Fun was had by all, and we varied in age from early teens, early twenties and early seventies!

Met our needs and expectations perfectly.

The home was modern, clean, and well maintained. We had excellent communication with the property manager. The neighborhood was lovely with a park near by. The backyard was beautiful with a pool and hot tub. We wound definitely stay again again!

Jill was amazing at communicating with me. The house looked fine from the outside but WOW on the inside and backyard!!! 4 great bedrooms,huge kitchen, great game area downstairs, pool and hot tub and huge deck outside. A separate family could pretty much be downstairs with two bedrooms and a kitchen! We would totally re-book with Jill!!

We had a great stay! Overall the property was really nice and we would certainly stay there again.

This is such a lovely house! It is equipped with EVERYTHING (potty chairs, swim diapers, games, etc. etc.). The check-in and -out processes were super simple. Communication with the hosts was great. Our families had a wonderful time.

The house was amazing, lots of amenities, and very cozy. Owners were very welcoming and very communitive. I have nothing to say bad, we will for sure stay here again if we come back to Red Rocks. 10 out of 10!!!

The home was so comfortable and cozy. The location was great. We had a park down the street and a grocery store around the corner. Very convenient to get around. The living space and outdoor area were wonderful and spacious. We had our morning tea and coffee on the back deck and the weather was lovely. We had plenty of room for our family; there were 10 of us and we had enough sleeping space and bathroom accessibility. Questions were addressed timely and courteously by the host. We would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay amazing!

We came to Denver for the Metallic concert with 7 others and stayed at this Vrbo. I must say I would for sure stay there again. It was great location. We got there earlier than expected and they accommodated us. It was an easy process to do so. Everyone in our group said it was a really nice house and all kept up. There was enough for everyone to sleep. We would stay there again if we were in Denver.

We were in Denver for my son's college graduation and 6 family members stayed in the home. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and comfortable. There was enough room to gather at meals and visit. The back deck was very nice and there's a view of the mountain range. My adult children used the hot tub and enjoyed it. The kitchen was fully stocked - they had everything we needed, even oil and some spices. There was even a small kitchen downstairs with a separate fridge. The location is very nice also with a little park right there and good restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property!

The home was perfect for our family and our grandchildren. House accommodated our adult children and our younger ones. Kitchen had everything you would need to extras in the bathrooms. Easy check-in, very clean, beds were comfortable, great backyard. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Family arrived from VA, NC, NY, MI for a family funeral in Denver. As sad as the occasion was, we had a wonder time hanging out and touring around. Cousins reconnecting was so fun to see. The house was just perfect for us. Thank you!!

This house worked out perfectly for us. The space was great, the location could not have been better. It is a quiet neighborhood, the house is SO clean and spacious, and the back yard (even though weather didn't cooperate) was perfect for the pups!!

The home has a nice downstairs with a rec room, TV and large couch. Perfect for the little ones to play. Two private bedrooms share a bathroom as well.Upstairs are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and kitchen/living room, and large dining room. Plenty of space to spread out, and beautiful deck to eat on.. The home was clean, organized and comfortable for all ages. We spent five nights here, and loved the close playground/park with the little ones, and the Rec Center was walking distance. Very convenient to downtown or the mountains on I70. Great communication with the owner, and will definitely be back.

House was great. Excellent floor plan and amenities for our needs. Located close to parks & not far from downtown. Easy travel to Golden & Boulder, too. Host was responsive to our questions and provided lots of information. Would definitely rent again
