Rare, Luxury Home w/ Pool & BBQ Mins to LV STRIP

We came to Vegas to be out of state hosts for our Daughters wedding She lives in Henderson Nv and we needed a guest location to coordinate the wedding versus staying at a hotel. We could not ask for a better home and hosts!!! From start to finish Safya was communicative and accommodating with the endless questions we had. She made it effortless and we booked with confidence. When we arrived, the home surpassed our expectations. The bathrooms are high end and spa type! Lovely kitchen well suited to gathering around the center marble island. Beds all super comfy! We could not have anticipated a horrific change of weather to include a hurricane and flooding! Ever the gracious host, Safya sent me updates and weather warnings, keeping us abreast of strange flooding conditions that exist in Vegas that we were unaware could arise so quickly. She genuinely cared about us as guests They offered solutions for us to use the home for the bridal Party to get ready when the weather no longer allowed our initial plans. The bridal party of 10 ( yup, gulp) lovely ladies were able to get their hair and makeup done with ease at the home plus have space for a catered luncheon and it was an awesome backdrop for their photos. The wedding venue at the Paiute Golf Resort was lovely and not that far. Thanks to Safya’s help, this Vrbo booking really help make sure the wedding went off without a hitch. Great headquarters, close to strip And all Vegas had to offer.Highest Recommendation ❤️❤️❤️

House was like pictured , nicely decorated and clean. The layout is great for families as kitchen was in the middle then there is sitting area on one side, dinning on other side, island in middle. Safya was great at communicating on VRBO (e.g. house-instructions, check in, garbage day, pool day) but I had to sign in every time so I wish there was a number I could text instead. Pool is not heated. Close by to strip & convention center which was perfect for a family member going to conference!

This was the perfect house for a family vacation. The house had everything we needed and the host was so quick to respond. We absolutely loved the gorgeous decor and the luxurious showers. I would definitely stay here again!

House is newly remodeled and very clean. It is in a quiet, family neighborhood so a really nice change from the constant noise of the Las Vegas strip hotels. We were a group of designer attending a conference, but this property would be an excellent choice for a family.
