This place is just as amazing as it looks! Plenty of room for our group! The pool and hot tub were amazing!

I am from Pensacola and now live on Cape Cod with my husband. We used this home for a small vow exchange ceremony with our family. It was a great spot for an intimate gathering with some of my family staying with us. Another great addition is the elevator since my dad is handicapped. The weather was beautiful and the property managers did a great job when we needed something. We plan to come back, we had the best time. Thank you so much!

This house has everything. It's a beautiful setting on the bay. Just bring your clothes and groceries. The pool and hot tub were nice to cool off after the ocean. Would highly recommend for a large family.

Went here on a girls trip and now we won’t be able to ever stay anywhere else! From the moment we arrived we entered into the gold standard of vacation properties. Hours of hot tub fun, the AMAZING infinity pool, outdoor bar for drinks and snacks, tons of wildlife off the dock and golf carts to ride around and explore the island. The accommodations were fantastic with a comfy bed to fall into after a full day of vacation. Do yourself a favor and book this property again and again!

We want to thank our ole friend JD Shelbourne for recommending this home. The outside back is really nice with beautiful sunsets every night. Golf carts are a plus. The house is high end. ITrip team fixed an issue we had quickly and their communication was excellent..

This girls trip was a success. One of the best accommodations in Pensacola area. The home was beautiful as well as the pool area. I would recommend this home 100%.

The property was beautiful!!! Loved the location and the amenities, especially the heated pool and hot tub! Cute decor throughout the home that symbolized the area! Can’t wait to stay here again!

This house is absolutely amazing. I thought it was overkill at first, but nope, it is perfect for whatever you wanna do. Personally, my whole goal was to rest and relax beside the pool and in the hot tub and on our small private beach. All I can say is mission accomplished. It did rain one day and we were able to spend that seeing sites and shopping near town. amazing views, great spaces, and lots of time with my girlfriends. Oh, and if you’re into doing stuff, this place is outfitted for all of it floats paddle boards, golf carts you name it. It’s got it. We’ll definitely go again.

This is the second time we have enjoyed the fabulous Palacio de Panferio. Right on the beach, swimming pool, two golf carts and tons of other amenities. When issues did occur, the ITrip team responded and they were quickly resolved. We will be back here again next year.

We stayed here with three couples and the children/teens (4) The house had enough room for everyone to hang out and relax. The backyard pool area with bar and TV was great. We ended up with not the best beach weather so this house had everything to relax and enjoy the company! Super clean and right by the beach. The golf carts were also a hit!

Palacio de Panferio was a dream —such a magical backdrop for an unbelievable family Spring Break trip!Although prior occupants were pretty rough on the property, Chris & Kevin were so accommodating and communicative. Wish there was just one more separate sleeping room for our next sans-kids vacation, but for our families/5 kids, this setup was fantastic (bunk room is a kid’s dream come true)! Would love to stay here again in the future!

We rented the property to attend my husbands graduation. The house was an excellent find that would support the whole family, sleeping 16. There were games available for use and the bikes and golf carts were wonderful to have available. Unfortunately there were several issues with discrepancies with the listing. The fireplace did not work, pool fire pits did not work and the elevator would trip every use to every other use. The elevator was needed to support my elderly mother in law. The management company/repair gentleman was very friendly and supportive doing what he could to fix the issue. The VRBO listing stated the pool was heated but we found once in the home that this came with a 100/day additional charge. Because the fireplace was out of order the management team granted use of the pool for the remaining 2 days or our week long stay. The bunk beds are in desperate need of updating, the beds were thin, feeling the springs or underneath structure. The location was good for what we needed, view was remarkable. The kids loved fishing off the private dock. Overall the house worked for what we needed with cooking for the family ect but considering the total cost for the week was a bit disappointed with the challenges.

We enjoyed this beautiful home on the water for three nights in October! The entire set up was perfect for our needs, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the golf carts. One of our friends even brought their boat over and tied up at the dock. I would highly recommend and we plan on staying there again next year! Five star service on the management company as well. Thank you again!

This house was a great location and had tons to do! It was extremely clean and the host were responsive every time we reached out. The golf carts make it very easy to get around and the pool and hot tub were awesome! 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be back!

Originally, I wanted a house on the beach side but couldn’t find one that suited our needs. Went ahead and booked this house on the bay side and we were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed the house. So much to do! The paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the pool with the bay in the background. It was perfect! House is roomy, clean and the management is very responsive and caring. We did have an A/C issue in the upstairs bedrooms, they came out right away and tried to fix it the best they could, but it wasn't going to get resolved until after we left due to parts, so they did give us some compensation which was a kind gesture. We would definitely stay here again!

Wow!! What an absolutely beautiful location!!! This house is perfectly appointed with everything you need for an amazing family vacation. The house is gorgeous. The pool/hot tub is so very relaxing. The ability to utilize the golf carts makes getting around town so easy. I can’t imagine anything else that would need to be added. This place is literally perfect. Because of the elevator, we were able to bring family members that would normally not be able to enjoy a vacation like this. We hope to come back!! Thank you for helping us make family memories that we will cherish.
