Enjoy two stunning, side-by-side lakefront homes that sleep up to 32 guests—ideal for large groups wanting plenty of space and every amenity imaginable. Soak in postcard-perfect views, expansive decks including an infinity deck, a tiki hut, covered patios, hot tubs, a game room, theater projection screen, kayaks, and more. For experienced boaters, a 2022 Crest Tritoon with a 200HP motor is also available to rent for the ultimate lake experience.

This is one of the most unique listings on the lake with 2 gorgeous homes. You will have amazing lake views from inside and outside. We have loaded it with amenities for you and your group to help make as many memories as possible! We even have sonos speakers throughout the property so you can listen to your favorite music indoors or outdoors! Enjoy the fire pit outside with wood provided at the home.

In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. November-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock.

This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood in rural Winchester that is located right on the lake!

Both homes have hot tubs on the lower patio areas that do not have a fence.
