You can enjoy watching TV with the whole family. in the main room. You will have access to cable TV. (cable TV is only available in the main room)
The bedrooms :
The Master Suite offers a beautiful golf course view. Queen-size bed and a walk-in shower. JETTED TUB to relax by the end of the day !
The two other bedrooms have queen size beds and their own bathroom both with a shower and toilets. Each guest have their own PRIVACY !
The Patio & The Pool :
The pool area is great to enjoy a cup of coffee every morning or to have dinner.
Enjoy your grilling time with the barbecue next to the pool and share unbelievable moment all together.
What about the area
Spend the day golfing at one of the 5 community courses, lounge on a nearby sandy white beach, or go boating in the Gulf of Mexico. The house is close from beaches, marinas, shopping, restaurants, and of course, GOLFING.

It was a great home and was exactly as pictured!

This home is in a great neighborhood, centrally located. The house itself is large and nicely decorated. I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. You pay a cleaning fee and expect to get a clean house. The sliding glass doors going to the pool where filthy with dirty hands all over the glass (I had to clean them!). The tv was filthy with dirty hands marks(had to clean it!). There were dead ants in corners (bathroom), and the house had a funky smell (not clean smell). In general the house was not clean. I picked this house for my two friends and I to stay after looking at many houses and I wanted them to be pampered and impressed, and the lack of cleanliness killed that. The 3rd bathroom is a cabana bathroom that you can only reach from the pool so not useful while inside the house.

We loved the house it was everything you could imagine. We will definitely rent this home again next time we are in the Rotonda west area

We are a group of 3 couples who stayed in this home for 2 weeks. The house is clean and a good size, we never felt crowded at all. The area is lovely to enjoy walks in. It is surrounded by golf courses and is only a short drive to the beach. Our favourite beach in the area is Manasota Key where ample parking and washroom facilities are available. There is a Winn-Dixie about 5 minutes away for groceries. Make sure you visit Swirls N Curls Ice Cream during your stay! We had a very enjoyable stay here and would recommend this for a vacation stay.
