Rare Find, Inlaw suite, Oceanviews, Outside Dining, and Walk to Beach!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was located perfectly for our weekend. Nice sitting on back porch and viewing the ocean. It was very clean and the host gave a lot of attention to the details. We are very happy with our stay.

This is a beautiful property. We came to surprise our daughter for her engagement. We were able to take great pictures in the backyard with the ocean in the back. The property is well-equipped and could handle our big family.

This property is wonderful for our stay. The host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. She communicates promptly with any questions you may have. We have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again! The location is ideal and just a walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. We had a baby, two toddlers and six adults and there was plenty of room and space for everyone. The in law area was perfect for us to escape to at night and allow my adult sons and their wives the house with the kids. Plenty of TVs. There lwere even toys and games. A high chair for the baby. Pack n play. Loved the washer and dryer. Large capacity and perfect for washing towels and suits each day. This house is just minutes from the beach and there are boogie boards, toys and chairs in the outdoor storage. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, modern, and had enough room for everyone to stretch out and have their own space. Everything you needed was already at the house from cooking, relaxing, to plenty of games/ beach supplies for the family to enjoy together. We spent much of our time at the universal parks so the only downside was not getting to use all the stuff the house had to offer, but it was there when we had the chance. Having everything from the beach to the grocery store to a putt putt within walking/very short drive was also a big plus location wise. We loved it, and would love to come back and spend more time around the house and beach next time. The beds and hammocks were also super comfy!!

This house was amazing! Super clean big enough for the whole family. The location was perfect super close to the beach and all the other activities in Daytona! We will definitely be back and stay again!!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of parking. We loved the private back yard. Perfect ocean view. The neighborhood was quiet. Walking distance to gift shops and putt putt. Plenty to do inside on a rainy day. Excellent communication with the host. I’m so glad we found this gem!

Every thing about this home was perfect. Cute surf style home with lots of room to move about. The host provided anything we could possibly have needed and the views were amazing. Our family of 7 stayed for a month and it felt like home. Our host kept great communications thru two hurricans that posed serious during our stay and kept us safe and informed all the way. Even offered advice after we checked out and kept contact to ensure we had secure arrangments upon depature during hurricane mimton. Would definitely recommend and will retuen!! We loved our stay! They had everything we needed From towels to games to beach toys and tent and wagon to haul it down! Beds were comfy! Only confusion i had was that I thought there were 2 common areas with sleeper couches but there was one.

You wont find a better location to spend your time in Daytona. The house is great. Plenty for the kids around the home to Occupy them. The owners are great and respond quickly and promptly to your needs or concerns. We discovered on our last day the gas grill wasn’t working properly. Within an hour there was a new grill to replace it. These owners truly do want to see to it that your stay is the best possible! My mother spent the week with us and used the in-law suite. Which was really nice for her to have her own private area to enjoy. Of all the vacation rentals I have used in Florida. This one tops them all for many reasons!
