Great property within short walk to beach. Large kitchen with 2 of everything (fridge/stoves/dishwasher) was perfect for our family gathering. Pool and large living rooms were fantastic. Elevator was added plus for moving luggage and groceries into house.

All of us - 9 adults and 7 kids under 5 - loved the cottage and the location. Oak Island had a small town feel; no large hotels or condos, lots of families with children. The beach was very wide and the ocean was just right with small waves and tide pools. The cottage was a short walk to the beach and so it was somewhat secluded. We didn’t worry about bothering anyone or being too loud. The interior is well appointed, with the hot tub, the elevator, the two refrigerators and especially the two dishwasher - everything just right. I can’t praise it enough.

We enjoyed a fabulous week of family fun! The pool was a huge plus due to the extreme hot days. The hosts were easily reachable and quickly responsive to any questions we had during the week. Plenty of room for both families and the location is perfect for accessing stores and restaurants!

It was my first time using VRBO and Lindsay, the owner, has set the bar high! She was very responsive to any questions we had! The house was exactly what we expected and made it so easy to enjoy our trip. It’s in a great location to the beach but also to stores, ice cream, etc! We would definitely stay here again and have already talked about it for next year!

We had a fantastic week at “Seacluded”! It was such a wonderful stay for all of us. We had 11 people ranging in age from 15 months to 68! There was plenty of room for our pack and plays, bathrooms and bedrooms to meet the needs of all in our party. You can’t beat the location! We got in our vehicles maybe once and rented golf carts that we used to get everywhere else. Proximity to restaurants and the beach were great. We loved the pool out back and the large kitchen with double appliances gave us plenty of space for what we needed. We did get creative without a pantry but used the coffee bar area too and underneath for extra shelf stable food and drink storage.We would absolutely stay here again!

26 of us from 74-6 stayed at Seacluded and enjoyed every minute! From the helpful elevator, great location, fully equipped kitchen, enough space for everyone to have their own areas, it was fantastic. Every day was a pool or beach kinda day alternating between both and visiting the beach again in the evenings. Convenient location for groceries, ice cream, dinners and souvenirs, we would all definitely enjoy returning to Oak Island. Our Hosts were great communicators and the process of renting was easy!!

Clean, well equipped kitchen. Just a two min walk to the beach. Ocean views from second floor are lovely. Utlized hot tub each night. Dining area small for amt of people we had but lots of extra counter stools.

We had 5 families with kids stay here and it worked so well. Things are more secluded on the 2nd floor, and the incredible views are on the 3rd floor. Double everything in the kitchen worked well, and home was well stocked with pots and pans, plates, cups/mugs and utensils. Clean and well kept up. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again!!

SEAclusion was the perfect vacation spot for our family. Proximity to the beach was excellent. Pool, hot tub and elevator for mobility challenged family member were the icing on the cake. Any (small) issues were immediately addressed by our host.

Our family could not say enough good things about our stay at Seacluded! Beautiful, clean home with everything you need for a great beach vacation! Having the pool just off the main floor was so convenient, you don’t spend your entire vacation going up and down stairs a million times. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the top deck, 5 minute walk to the beach, plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach supplies in storage closet. There was also plenty of seating for meals between inside and the decks and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals for 23 people each day. We rented a golf cart and it was a quick ride to Food Lion, Publix, the ABC store or seafood places to grab what we needed. Lindsay was always quick to respond and any issues that arose were taken care of promptly. We would all highly recommend a stay at Seacluded! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We have stayed at a number of rental houses at the beach and this one is definitely at the top of the list! The quality of the house’s construction and the layout on two floors is unusual at OKI. We really appreciated the attention from the owner upon check in and her prompt response to our needs. The kitchen is well equipped for large groups and the salt water pool is a definite plus. I can’t say enough positive things about this property!

Seacluded was perfect for our extended family group of 18 people! Ages ranging from 1 to 71. The location to the beach and quiet street was great. We really appreciated the two fridges, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. The pool was perfect. The host was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. We love oak Island!

Beautiful home in a great location on Oak Island. Great layout for multiple families, nice pool and short walk to the beach. The home was super clean and as pictured online. Very close to grocery stores, putt putt, Ruby's coffee shop on the beach and ice cream. We hope to visit again!

Extend family ages 3-83 have taken memorial weekend trips for over 13 years. 4 generations 83 great grandmother, her three children and their significant others, their children and now their children. Visited 4 different states and stayed at a large variety of places in the mountains, lakes and beaches. This spot just overtook 1st place! Perfect for large families with a variety of ages. Well designed, comfortable, well stocked, clean, nice pool, plenty of hang out places and things to do in the area. Fishing both surf and pier, beach, shopping, pool swimming, sightseeing etc. love the space under the house, plenty of parking so we used one side for nightly corn hole games and a makeshift pickle ball court! A family vote said this place more than met expectations!
