Everything was clean and convenient. We had minor issues that were immediately tended to. The hosts were great!

I would recommend! We rented two units (E&F) next door to each other for a large group celebrating a birthday. It was easy to go between the two with the codes. Beds were comfy and it worked out well. We were able to get 2 cars in one of the garages and it was an easy Uber to Broadway.

This was a great place to stay! Close enough to downtown, tons of space, and great amenities like hot tub, washer/dryer, and large TVs. Highly recommend.

Had a great time with my group. Both houses accommodated us well. Everything is nearby and can uber anywhere for cheap. Neighborhood is a little bit sketchy, but as long as you aren't roaming around, it's perfectly fine.

We travelled as a group of 10 the 2 town houses were fabulous we were slightly concerned about the staires but they weren't an issue as not that many. The homes had everything that we need and more. Hot tub was maintained weekly and we were informed before the man came. We had an issue one night when some lights went out but it was rectified immediately. The neighbourgh was great everyone was so friendly and happy to give us tips and advise. The local shop which is 5 mins away had everything we needed for breakfast,lunch and dinner. We hired a car and used lift and uber to get about but the bus station is also 5mins away and again staff very friendly and helpful. Would recomend this propery and would be happy to use again

We are a group of 10 people so we rented both condos. Son…the maintenance man was so accommodating and responsive when there was an issue. The toaster didn’t work and Son appeared within half and hour with a new toaster. They supplied us with a number to contact for a 15 person van @5.00 a person to drive us around….Wonderful used them for everything. Condos were clean, well stocked and having one condo with the hot tube and the other with the outdoor kitchen .Son even found the IPad that was left and sent it back to us….he is fantastic! Didn’t spend a ton of time in the VRBO, but it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend.

We were looking for a nice place to have a family reunion. The photos were beautiful and our interaction with the host was phenomenal. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find it was even better than I anticipated! Very clean and oh my… the beds are incredibly comfortable!! Zero hiccups. Only a 5-8 Lyft to downtown. We will definitely stay here again when in Nashville. Highly recommend!!

Good place for adults expecting to be out for the day/evening. Beds were very comfy, big bathrooms, w/modern furnishings. Hot tub was nice. Not ideal rental for families planning to spend time together in the evenings. Suggest stocking kitchens w/pots, pans and enough dishes/ silverware for # of guests. Neither dishwasher worked and no table to sit around in either unit. NOTE: it’s more than “a few steps” into the house as it’s a narrow townhome; so, it’s a steep 20 steps straight up to 2nd fl living space and the same to the 3rd level. Be aware if you have mobility issues.

Excellent appliances & kitchens nice overall. Bad choice on our part as my wife & I are both 80 & stairs were a killer. Should have inquired about the layout. Location is in the ghetto. Did not feel safe having our teenage girls leave the property without adults accompanying them. Grill was a mess - wouldn't think of using it. Mattresses are too soft. Communication with property manager excellent.

The property was very nice and clean. I really appreciated the number of bathrooms throughout the property. (One more bathroom than bedrooms). The neighborhood wasn't the best. However, it was only a 10-minute drive to Broadway. I was pleased that the property was accurately reflected on the VRBO site. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Good property for large group of friends

We had 2 side by side units for 20 of us!! Be very mindful if you have folks that don’t handle stairs well because there are a LOT of stairs !! ?. ( Good for the calves) Also don’t bring heavy luggage as you have to haul it up! The place comes with a garage if you get a rental car but I highly advise it’s cheaper to Uber or Lyft everywhere! We covered the city and it was easy to access. There is a risky neighborhood very close by but you do NOT have to go that way but need to be mindful if out running! I would recommend this place

It was a nice townhome. I would rent there again.

The house was clean and well appointed. Our only complaint is that there were only four parking spaces. Our group enjoyed our stay.

The property was very nice and clean, with signs around the apartment with some easy rules about trash takeout. The managers were quick to respond to questions before the stay.

Everything was as advertised. The only issue was there was a lot of dog hair in the living room and on all the couches. Black clothing was covered with dog hair.

We had an enjoyable time and will return

It was very clean but we thought it would have been the 8 rooms in one unit. We didn’t realize it was going to be 2 separate units.
