Complementing the beautiful poolside backyard is the stylish and comfortable 4BR 2BA home with tall ceilings and open format living/kitchen/dining area perfect for perfect for entertaining your group.
A second outdoor shaded living and dining area let's you watch the game or enjoy some barbeque while taking in the perfect desert weather. Comfortable sleeping quarters abound with retro décor and modern comforts, including a California King in the master, three queen beds, plus a twin trundle and a single cot that can be moved depending on your group's needs.
An added bonus for remote workers is the air-conditioned garage office space with a wrap around desk, extra monitor, two chairs, and excellent high speed internet. Bikes in the garage put the local scene and festival ground in easy reach.
Great for kids and family gatherings! Family amenities include lots of board games, kids books and kitchenware, a folding pack n' play, and a high chair. Recommendations and emergency information are listed prominently.
Please understand that this is not a house for parties. As the house is located in a residential neighborhood, please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood at all times.
If you are interested in heating the pool, which we recommend during the Fall and Winter months, the gas cost is $40/night or $200/wk. Just let us know if you are interested.
The home features two parking spaces in front of the garage, two more tandem spaces on the right driveway, and free street parking. Please keep in mind street sweeping on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month from 7AM-3:30PM.
