Such a peaceful location!House was beautiful and just as described online. Very clean and spacious bedrooms.

Overall wonderful. Bunkbed very squeaky. Septic tank smelly. Enjoyed the large outdoor bbq grill and pizza oven! Pool was fun! Horseback riding and park hiking/swimming-We enjoyed our family weekend vaca! Great spot and fun area. Thanks!

Wonderful time! Very relaxing and feels homey. Tons of games and living space, may just need to bring a few pool floats of your own (only had noodles). Will definitely be coming back!

The property is as pictured, very nice, comfortable, and clean. Minor maintenance issues but all in all everything you can ask for in a weekend getaway. We bought groceries and never had to leave for anything but there are plenty of places close by if you wanted to leave. We even did in home massages.

WOW! Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable and Peaceful! They thought of everything you would need for your stay, as well as a dog run for your dog with poop bags and pooper scooper and dog bowls! We brought our dog's large cage for when we went for lunch. He usually goes everywhere with us. Watching the deer, birds and squirrels daily and in the evenings was awesome! We saw two types of foxes come through and I saved a lizard that had just drowned and was at the bottom of the pool by gentle resuscitation. I didn't give up! When I knee it was breathing ok, I let it go far away from the pool. We didn't get to enjoy the firepit, though. The gas didn't come on. It was still a beautiful space to relax and see the great view. We'd love to go back if no one is at the new house being built that's in view of this house and on the same driveway. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place!

This home was beautiful, in a great location, and very clean. We had a great time with family, going on an outing in the mornings and spending time by the pool each afternoon. The only thing keeping me from rating this 5 stars is the construction mentioned in the listing was a lot closer than anticipated and construction noises woke the people in the master bedroom before 7:30, and trucks blocked the driveway the one morning we needed to be out at a certain time. I did reach out to customer service and they handled the situation well, but it may be worth the consideration to see how far along construction will be when you are staying.

This home was gorgeous and absolutely spotless clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook some great meals. We even cooked in the outdoor kitchen which was an extra special treat paired with the amazing backyard and views! From the swimming pool to the backyard fire pit, we couldn't ask for a better quick getaway. This has to be one of the cleanest rentals I've stayed at in a long while with a phenomenal backyard with a view! I would definitely stay here again when in the area!

The listing was just as described. Was so peaceful and felt like a private hideaway. Property smelt clean when we arrived, they had the pool heating and ready to go for the kids at Check-in. We considered going out to play in dripping springs but enjoyed the back porch so much we stayed at the house instead! Would definitely return! Highly recommend.

What a lovely property. We loved it. Out of all the Verbo’s this was our favorite. Great location, close to things to do and see. Nice pool, and view. We loved Jerry the cat.

Very nice private location, very clean and comfortable home. Loved the big back porch and deck area. Kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. One of the top Vrbo's we have stayed at!

Great stay, would book again! Perfect spot for my group of 7 adults for our annual vacation. Communication with the property managers was great and the house was sparkling clean, which we really appreciated. Our favorite part was the outdoor deck, where we spent the majority of our time lounging around the saltwater pool and grilling up meals. Amenities were fantastic, especially the Ooni pizza oven, which we had fun making pizzas with. Overall a perfect Dripping Springs getaway!

Best place we have ever stayed. Large property, private, great back porch / deck / pool area with nice view of hills. The house interior, appliances, furniture, etc were top notch. The decorations, games, amenities were very thoughtful. Flocks of deer were awesome. We would stay here again!

We had a family vacation planned for Galveston but it had to be cancelled due to a hurricane. We found this house at the last minute and could not have been happier. From reservations to staying, it was great. Have already booked the house again

This property was the perfect stay for a family weekend get away. The views are amazing, the pool is perfect for all ages and the fire pit is the best place to sit around during sunrise and sunset. There is beautiful wildlife around and the peace and quiet lets you reset from your busy life! The inside of the home is beautiful and provided all the needs you could have from pots and dishware in the kitchen to blankets and creature comforts for the rooms. They even have a dog run area for your pups!! We will definitely be coming back to stay!

This property exceeded our expectations! The different and unique gathering areas gave my multigenerational family a wonderful holiday while attending a wedding in Dripping Springs.
